This concert was shortly before his passing and it's like he was saying goodbye to his fans even due to the fact that this version of the song wasn't on their setlist for the concert and was put on it the very last minute before, on his demand...
Its mind boggling that a simple song/performance that you've heard thousands of times bring tears to a grown man. These performances get me every time 😢
I cry. Everytime i see this I think of Neil peart...one must put up barriers to keep oneself intact. Chester had zero boundaries, he gave us everything he had. RIP ❤
Chester was one of a kind for sure every show he did he gave his all for his fans and he knew what his music meant to them. He felt as a equal to them unlike a lot of artist now a days. R.I.P Chester
Thank you thank you thank you for reacting to this beautiful performance ❤ Chester was someone who grew up with a deep hurt from a very young age, and found comfort, even survival, in music; and you can tell here that he knows how important an experience this might be for his fans, especially his young fans, who find comfort in their music. It's both heartwarming and heartbreaking to watch this video. I'd love to see more reactions to Linkin Park, but it's hard to know what to suggest. There are some iconic performances, like "Faint" at Rock am Ring, or "A Place For My Head" Live In Texas. I also love "Given Up" in Clarkston 2007, because it's so raw and passionate. I think their song "Waiting For The End" deserves to be up there with "In The End" and "Numb" as a megahit. If you want to hear Chester sing with intense rawness, without full on screaming, you should listen to "The Messenger". It's a song he wrote for his kids, and to me it seems to really capture wanting desperately for your children to know they are loved, coming from someone who never could fully believe that himself. There's a kind of grief and desperation to his singing there that I think comes from the unbearable idea that his children could ever feel the way he did, and it's just tragically beautiful. There's also their criminally underrated song "The Little Things Give You Away", which has a magical instrumentation and build. It was written about Hurricane Katrina, about the government's lack of care for the citizens affected. Honestly, no matter what you might chose to react to, I'd be glad to see it. Thank you again!
Love your reaction Inna!I I think this song was his farewell to his fans. Chester had severe depression and I think he couldn't cope with it anymore,He hung himself July2017 at his home in Los Angeles.Criss Cornell also hung himself too. They were close friends and.some people think there was a connection.🖤
I think this was Chester's goodbye, this was his way of saying this was the end, you can hear the pain and upset in his voice, this was so beautiful yet so sad to listen to 😢❤
Great reaction to something I had never discovered until now. I won't lie, I had tears when I saw him hug that girl. Chester was such a seemingly nice person and we did lose one more light in the sky that tragic day that he left us. Good luck with your channel; you seem like a nice person and very professional. Already subbed, but I liked and figured I'd leave a comment too.
I have recently discovered your channel. I love your genuine reactions. Chester Bennington will always be one of my all time favorites. I got a chance to meet him at a concert and he was such a kind soul. Since his passing, their songs hit different. Some of them seem like a reach for help and he did not get it . Gone way to young. good reaction , I look forward to watching more
Chester's death was the 'eye-opener' for me to vist a LOT more concerts. Chris Cornell, who you already reacted to (at least to Audioslave, not sure if you reacted to Soundgarden as well), was a very close friend from Chester and comitted suicide a few months before. Chester had a really hard time with that. The day Chester committed suicide, july 20, was the birthday of Chris. That was not a coincidence. I was a big Linkin Park fan in the early days (Hybrid Theory, the album this song and In the End are from, was my favorite album for a few years) and actually never saw them live. I visited a concert here and there, but only one of two a year. The fact that Chester committed suicide was an eye-opener for me, because they gave a concert in Amsterdam only a month before but I didn't go. It made me realize that you have to take the chance when you get it, because if you don't it might be too late. Ever since I've been visiting around 10-15 concerts a year from artists I love, and sometimes artists I barely know when a friend asks if I want to join for example. And believe me, there's no better feeling than letting yourself go at a concert. Fun fact, Chester is one of only two artists I ever made a tribute video for: ua-cam.com/video/CzwynAlPCUo/v-deo.html. I'll drop a link to 'One More Light' on Discord, it was LP's last single before Chester's death, released a day after the death of Chris Cornell, and it's such an emotional song knowing what happened, definitely worth a listen. R.I.P. Chester ❤
Chris Cornell, Avicii and Chester were all good friends and were filming a movie that would expose Hollywood s*x trafficking business... They all died consequetively in a short period of time. Fact checkers will say the info is false though. I guess we might never know
Long live Chester in our memories and the songs of Linkin Park will live on and on. Thank you sooooo much Inna for this reaction. It was a great reaction. (from FireStrike :) ) Oh yeah, there's the tears come....so emotional this song. I'm also glad we could introduce you to more of Linkin Park's and Chester's amazing song creations.
Chester once said this was his least favorite song to perform because it is just hitting the same note over and over again. It was really hard for him. The original version is much more upbeat but this is my favorite version.
STOP SAYING “PASSED AWAY” call it what it is. He hung him self because he was so depressed he couldn’t go another day… some people need to hear that. Someone going through exactly what he was going through might here this and think oh he had a heart attack or an overdose when they really need to hear “hey he took his own life”. Maybe someone is feeling exactly how he was and would be inspired to reach out if they know they’re going down the same path. Damn!
Your Linkin Park reaction was the best I've seen so far. I'm surprised your not famous yet the quality of your videos are super good, you should have more views! Wanna be showcased in the channel? Just make a reaction to my Michael Jackson fan-made movie trailer. When you reply I'll send you the link!
You've possibly heard it before, but I would recommend the Linkin Park song 'Numb' which is another song that hits hard no matter how many times you watch it. There is also a memorial concert version of In The End that I think will suit your channel here, certain moment will also a heck of an effect as well. ua-cam.com/video/2r-iu8uaCNE/v-deo.html
Please react to more Linkin Park they are a great band. Some of the songs you may also like are Linkin Park - Leave out all the rest. And Linkin Park - One More Light
won't lie... always thought they maufactured themselves and Chester's deep rooted pain was a bit mello dramatic. But then he killed himself so I was wrong

Hearing Chester sing nowadays almost always makes me tear up. Such a great talent is gone.
Its mind boggling that a simple song/performance that you've heard thousands of times bring tears to a grown man. These performances get me every time 😢
It will still get me at 80 I guess... He saved so many just to fail at himself. Thank you!
I tear up every time I hear him sing. The impact his art has had on my life is unreal. Thank you Chester
Damn. RIP Chester. I remember when I heard about his death. I could NOT believe it. He was definitely one of the good ones.❤️
He just had so much emotion in his voice. And after what happened it just seems to mean even more
This performance makes me cry like a little girl and I’m a 50 year old man. RIP, Chester. We miss you.
Chester was one of kind! He will never be forgotten! I still get chocked up listening to him!
He saved millions... Millions couldn't save him...
Chester Bennington R.I.P. Many Linking Park songs I know have lyrical content of Chester's emotions showing through.
I'm crying now.. damn.
RIP Chester.. you've done a lot more than you thought..
I cry. Everytime i see this I think of Neil peart...one must put up barriers to keep oneself intact. Chester had zero boundaries, he gave us everything he had. RIP ❤
Listening to him now is like an autobiography.
So true. The pain he sings with
One of the greatest voices in history RIP CHESTER

I’m happy you can’t relate to this song. If you’ve felt what he is expressing then you can’t hear this song and not be brought to tears.
Love it

Awesome reaction - was the first LP song I heard back in the day - but the original is heavy. Very different to this version. Well worth checking out.
