If you’re interested in getting the benefits of barefoot walking but still need the protection of a shoe, here are two barefoot shoes I can recommend. I’ve reviewed them in these two videos: ✅ Vivobarefoot Primus Lite Shoes For Walking - Honest Review ua-cam.com/video/f5-Gqn9RV2Q/v-deo.html ✅ Vivobarefoot Shoes for Hiking - Primus Trail III Review (on a trip to the mountains!) ua-cam.com/video/PWv32M7AI_M/v-deo.html
I'm 48 and have gone barefoot as much as possible since I was a kid. I walk in the woods, fields, down gravel roads, on concrete. I only wear shoes when out in public, and in the winter. I'm barefoot so much that wearing shoes throws my balance off a bit
I’m 82 and first born kid in a family of 7 to have chosen to go barefoot whenever possible!! I have lived on an 80 acre farm for over 50 years so I am able to be barefoot most of my days except when we have snow outside. Always barefoot in the house!! I have recently discovered that I have so much company!! Thank you!
Same! It’s actually an odd practice where I live (climate etc) but I was born with a slight foot birth defect so I may be more confident doing it just due nature. I hate socks and so does my sweet niece and I think it’s just the nerve endings in our feet. We’re both also quite bodily kinaesthetic. 😊
I like that you said our feet are beautifully “designed “ instead of saying they evolved like other videos say … where there’s design there’s a designer, that’s our grand creator Jehovah God !!👏👍❤️
Hi. I live in Poland. For the second year in a row during the summer, I spend 75% of my time without shoes, and I don't intend to change that. Even the rain doesn't bother me. You just have to be careful where you walk and not have any foot conditions that should be consulted with a doctor as a priority. It's important to watch out for ungrounded electrical devices and cables because when we're barefoot, we act as conductors. Other than that, I recommend it. Freedom, health, and we magnetize ourselves by connecting with the Earth. Balance is the most important thing. It's still worth wearing shoes sometimes.
If you look where you are going, you are most-likely not going to hurt yourself. Glass that is in way too many places is easily avoidable if you see it, and if you think. Same goes for other things like spit, trash and other things you wouldn't want to step on
I like to walk barefoot, becaase I don't like to wear shoes. And this, since I was 3 years old (in 1962). These are my best shoes in the world: 🦶🏼🦶🏼❗☺ 💚
I have been barefoot for about 2 years now and find your video interesting . I can think of about 12 benefits to being barefoot, so of witch witch you mentioned. the first thing I noticed when I started was the overwhelming sense of joy and the in no particular order. the strengthening of the foot muscles including the archs, my chronic lower back pain gone, my repeated knee pains gone. lowering of blood pressure, elimination of gout symptoms. those are for me the main improvements but I know of others that have many different benefits
I walk barefoot outdors as much as possible since more than 30 years and I lovet it ! it s so good for health and for relaxation and meditation ! life is better without shoes
1 Strengthening our feet small muscles by getting them to be active instead of resting inside the shoes. 2 Allows our feet surface & toes to spreads out instead of cramping up inside the shoes. 3 Allows for more motions for the individual joints on our feet and get more stimulation to relay accurate message to our brain. 4 allows more feeling of sensations, stimulation, and sending accurate information to your brain. 5 Grounds you when you walk on different surfaces. If we are more charged, then we get to release those extra charges when you walk bare foot.
Excellent video. When I was 19yo I joined a karate club. Probably the greatest benefit, that I didn't realise at the time, was the strong feet that training developed. Now as I approach my 60's I run or walk barefoot parkruns the majority of the time. Best wishes Gary.
I live in norway so of course it’s cold here but I walked berfoot for 4 years spring, summer, autumn and short distance in the winter. And I found out the it helps for pain management I can feel the temperature and texture on the ground but it’s not painful, It’s just there. Also I remember the textures I walked on when hanging with friends or other good memories which was new to me when I started it was and interesting experiences I can recommend. U might get sore at first but that passes it was all gone in about a month, I could walk everywhere from the city to the woods. Also u have to look where u walk this also becomes normal but I found it a good way to get out of my head and down to earth 😅😊 my foot also changed I got more space between my feet they got harder and thick skind I can run and jump in sharp stones and pin cones no problem. The way i walked also changed I could feel myself using different muscles all the way up to my core When I walk. So that was interesting 😊. Definitely something to try i recommend it
I discovered the benefits of going barefoot or minimalist shoes some time ago. I even workout with weights barefoot (knowing the risk of dropping them on feet) and achieved vastly better body balance and coordination. I am sure that our feet are part of the multifaceted system of proprioception.
I love walking barefoot and have been doing it for years. I have had a few minor injuries thouth which have healed quickly. I like these type of videos but I think they should include more emphasis on how to minimize and avoid injury.
Hi! I live in the city and M having a Daily barefoot walking in the streets of the quarter where i live. The surface of the asphalt sometimes could be smooth but often Is very very rough. Moreover i stay barefoot at home. I 've been starting stayin' barefoot from early december 2023! @ the Moment i feel GREAT!
Our flat Earth is a cathode and the firmament is an anode. There's a scientifically measurable voltage potential that is 100v/m up to 50 million volts at the height of our firmament.
The Japanese are credited with inventing "forest bathing" - Shinrin Yoku - in the 1980's. But they keep their shoes on. I have been "forest bathing" barefoot since the early 1950's, and hope the Japanese will soon make this iimprovement.
Not a medical doctor, I’m a doctor of Chiropractic as mentioned in all my video descriptions :) I went to Chiropractic college in UK. thank you for your support, appreciate it!
The most effective treatment I’ve found for this is to get your ankles adjusted by a chiropractor. I find this to fix the issue in the vast majority of plantar fasciitis cases.
What if our feet actually are not beautifully designed. What if they're just adaptations from fins? Maybe "grounding" is like saying the we get vitamin D from the sun. Is grounding all we get from touching mother Earth? Is vitamin D all the benefit we get from the sun? Great content and thank you for it. Just extra bits to think about
Probably! I have none thus far for the better part of 30 years. You do need to groom more often but it’s superficial grooming as opposed to structural issues for me personally

I agree about the balance! My toes have prevented many tripping instances!

Closed shoes (especially depending on style in the front) drive me mad 😅

It also feels like freedom, less restraints
I walked barefoot throughout the summer and also now in the colder weather. I really think it works to improve the condition of the feet. 😊👍
I will give it a try. Thank you so much for posting the video of walking bare feet 🦶
"I will give it a try." Good, but when ? Try it right ... now 🦶🏼🦶🏼❗☺

It is really helpful. Thanks you so much. I will walk barefoot as much as possible from now on.❤
Now is very possible ❗

That’s brilliant!
In our gym we all lift weights barefoot. We would use weightlifting shoes for only the squats.
Same! ❤️💯
I am a barefoot girl- in all seasons. Obviously I don’t walk barefoot for long in the snow, don’t want frostbite!
👌
I'm a boy, so I can walk barefoot in the fluffy snow, but not for more than 6 hours !
Same! I’ll walk very briefly in snow/slush I’m so used to being barefoot!!
@@Dinu-desculţI’m a girl and same for max 2 minutes 😂

Whatcha mean by those first 3 words?
Sounds good to me! I don’t like shoes or socks.
Earth Runner sandals for grounding.
맨발 걷기 좋아요 😄😄😄
I looked you up. You're a Ph.D.!!! Looking forward to more videos.
Not a Ph.D, I am a doctor of Chiropractic. Thank you for the support 🙏
Grounding by walking on the earth isn't new. In the 70's, 1970 on, and there was another period prior😊

Great video Doc.
Walking barefoot enables our body to balance with planet Earth. It also discharges static electricity equal to planet Earth.
I believe this to be true. Not for everyone however but some like myself ❤
I love your stuff, so I was wondering where you went to medical school. In the UK? US?
Not a medical doctor, I’m a doctor of Chiropractic as mentioned in all my video descriptions :) I went to Chiropractic college in UK. thank you for your support, appreciate it!
For years I've only gone barefoot, but now I've been dealing with plantar fasciitis for several months and cannot. Any suggestions?

Going barefoot reminds me I’m a human being :)
I remind of this every day of the year ☺
@@Dinu-desculţ I forget. Need to remind myself more often! 🦍
Dear @@ku______... more often than every day, it means barefoot nonstop. I was born to live barefoot ! 😊
Interesting...
The feet evolved to perfectly balance us.
Ancient people used to use sandals. Nice evolution we got 😂😂😂
They were created … where there’s design there’s a designer.
wow he has such nice looking bare feet 🦶🏼
If I go barefoot around the house I often stub my toes on the furniture.
Get rid of your furniture 👍🏻

Are there worms and parasites on the ground?
Hookworms!!
벌레나 기생충 없어요. 설사 있다해도 몸을 파고 들어와서 해를 끼치는 일은 없을 것임.

Try walking barefoot on a river, bud 😂😂😂
How do you even walk 'on' a river? Do you mean across a river? People do that barefoot all the time.
Grounding, not credible.
But possible 😉
