Thank you a lot for such a great, helpful content, knowledges sharing with us. To clarify your point of view on wearing an individual, orthopedic insoles with this shoes. What is the optimal way to wear all the day long this shoes? Or party this ones and after sneakers with individual insoles, switching shoes along the day… thanks
Once you’re used to wearing them and your feet have strengthened, you should be able to wear them all day. Until then, you can gradually wear them more and more as your feet strengthen
Fair do’s you guys are clearly new to barefoot shoes. Vivo Primus Trail All Weather won’t keep any moisture out. Even walking through damp grass your feet will get wet. Also they won’t suit wide feet, Vivo only good for narrow-medium and low foot volume. The FG sole is the most durable for off road adventures.
With these shoes you will likely need to wear them with socks at first because the top of the shoe rubs against the top of the foot, where the shoe bends.

Great video. One concern I have with the AW is breathability. Can you reassure me that they don’t turn swampy? Thanks doc. Really enjoyed the video.
Because it’s roomy, my feet don’t get too sweaty, much less than normal shoes however I think there are more breathable vivobarefoot shoes out there.
@@drstevenhulmethanks doc. I appreciate that you took the time to reply.
Appreciate the review. Watching from NZ but grew up in Didcot! 😅
Oh wow that’s amazing. How do you find Didcot? 😂
did you find them comfortable?
Yes very! I wear them everywhere 😊
they seem a bit narrow compared to primus lite III, primus trail III all weather and primus trail FG! Are they?
I’m afraid I wouldn’t be able to compare with the others but I certainly don’t feel too narrow especially compared to standard shoes
How do these compare to the primus lite 3’s? Is the sizing the same ?
