Rock to the left more when your start. Also your right leg is too low from the start and becomes an issue while doing continuous windmills. Another problem which is due to the low angle of the right leg is that you are twisting, crossing or throwing your right leg under which forces your lower back to hit the ground and slow you down; don't twist the waist and bring your right leg under. Having them bent is fine although you should work on locking them out or keeping your legs as straight and clean as possible i.e. don't "pump". Also to get a better angle try leaning forward more while on your hands especially at the start to get your legs a little higher then when you roll to your back remember to keep your lower back and hips from hitting the ground; the less bruises the smoother the transition.
Thank you so much for this video. Im nearly at the same progress "point" and it helps me a lot for Stalingrad motivated :) You're doing very well, go on!
Oh wow i remember learning windmills like 25 years ago just like that. Took about 3 months of constant practice and hurting my ribs, stomach, shoulders, arms to finally get it and do it at a school dance lol
So I was watching this... And yes its a few years later... is that the laws of motion gym in Ottawa? Having watching more I'm pretty sure it is because that looks like OGC in the next clip?!? AYO? Yep that's Dagan Shaw in the background. Bro that's awesome lol. I'm just starting to get into this shit now.
I never actually hurt my back, it's usually my shoulders that get bruised. Early on when I was too low on my back I'd bruise my hips. Now I don't really get bruised
You can do it & go faster how? The Music not the Old Jazz James Brown etc, Stuff like Free Stylers, The Prodigy, Skrillex, or your flavor than you will go Faster, & Believe
Glad to hear this motivated you! In the end the most important thing is to keep practicing consistently. As for your issue with your legs, it could be for any number of reasons and I would have to see a video first to be more specific. But generally: 1. When you collapse onto your back, you need to be up as high on your back as possible, around your shoulders. If you're too low, getting back up in the stab will be very hard. 2. Swing both legs and keep them apart always. They are the main drive for your momentum. Later on learning things like barrel mills you really have to have your legs moving correctly to learn them. 3. Always keep your head on the ground. I've only recently been able to finally clean this up, and let me tell you if I figured it out earlier it could cut a month off my learning time.
These are good windmills but I think you use too much upper body and not enough legs in this video. When you try to advance forward to windmills with no arms, legs will be much more important. Windmills should be able to be completely with.. no power from the arms at all.
Thanks bro like seeing someone else struggle with practicing their dance keeps me motivated it's gonna take time but we're all going to get there

Michael Yang thanks for the tip I’ll be sure to keep these tips in mind when I’m practicing
БРО, нужно стараться махать ногами, тянуть шпагат. Убрать руку можно за два месяца правильных тренировок.
