For the price of a Duramax you can get this which will lead to more trail closures at least here in Maine a lot of landowners shut down trails on their land when the 1st round of side by sides came out they are too wide meaning trees would have to be cut bigger ruts and ruined land now if you want to get one and drive on the rail bed all 20 miles of it now there you go

These vehicles (ATV & UTVs) can be registered for use on roads. The rules are governed state to state. In Washington state where I live, we have 1 ATV and 2 SxSs registered for the road.
According to my information, they can be registered here in Romania!

i think off roading in America is different, i thought they were coming up my driveway at first lol
In my opinion I don't think the extra power would be that noticeable with all the extra weight, it's almost 500 pounds heavier than my 21 turbo rr, which in my opinion would easily hold it's own against this heavier machine, especially when you're talking about less than 10 hp extra for each 100 pounds added, and I'm curious how it will do in loose terrain will it want to sink with the extra bulk.

100K can be spent on a side x side, local guys have done it.

If a person doesnt have the skill or balance to ride a 2 wheeler, they get these big go carts with a cage. A great grandmother can drive one.

I have done fairly well for myself but the price of these machines...you either have to be super wealthy or willing to go into debt for a toy. I just can't see these high end machines selling large volumes.

I honestly don’t understand how people can afford toys that cost more than a family saloon car. There is insurance, maintenance, a truck or trailer to transport, a hefty fuel bill and often trail permits. Not to mention the injuries seen with rollovers and other incidents where ability and enthusiasm diverge.
Broke people don’t buy these kinds of toys. Often times these vehicles will be purchased for a family to go to outings together. Buying four new quads or dirt bikes for a family costs more than buying a single UTV.
Honestly this is one of the best hobbies to do, takes time and effort but at the end the satisfaction in a great reward
Yea to be honest it really doesn't make any sense to someone that's not into this type of stuff. They're definitely not for everybody but, Im on my 2nd unit I would say they hold their value a lot more than a regular vehicle for sure 😂
Oh yea my son flipped my pro xp @45 miles rolled about 3 times minor dings I replaced a light and rear plastic not a single scratch on us that cage pretty durable I'm sure a car would've been a whole lot worse 😅

Impressive vehicles. One day people will look back at when people from the past use to be take their Jeeps and trucks into the mountains or off road trails. No more need for a JEEP that would get stuck or break down all the time.
We can't really compare these stuff with jeeps. This is an extreme vehicle, who needs a maintenance way more expensive than a jeep. So every vehicle with its purpose :)

That's how it was presented that the engine can be tuned safely be 300 hp. But honestly 240 hp is enough for me!

We have lost half of our trails in my area because people have no respect for them or the property owners.
