Which is better Google or Photomyne?

One very good question, for me Google is better for glare and sharing (and it is free), but Photomyne is great for whole pages of photos that you want to get a cropped copy of quickly. But remember using your phone to scan will be limited in the detail of the scan, so you won't be able to enlarge it to put it on a wall. 😁

I just want to have digital copy of scrapbooks in case of emergency fire evacuation which can tend to happen here in California. I have a “photo box” to use. I’ll look at google too because I have an account

Thanks for the video. Yesterday I loaded google photo scan and did about 3 hours of scanning. I can see the photos on the app, but they did not go to my google photoes account! I can send them one at a time to to message, my google photos etc. This is annoying, but what is really is annoying is that it leaves a water mark! Which makes them useless. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks

Hmmm that is not what I would expect, make sure you have used PhotoScan by Google Photos. Then that you are logged into your Google Photos account on your phone. Also, make sure backup and sync is turned on. Does that solve it?😊
