- Mosab Hassan Yousef was born in Bir Zeit, near Ramallah on the West Bank in 1978. His father, Sheikh Hassan Yousef, is a founding leader of terrorist organization Hamas. Yousef was an integral part of the movement, for which he was imprisoned several times by the Shin Bet, the Israeli intelligence service. He withstood torture in prison only to discover Hamas was torturing its own people in a relentless search for collaborators. He began to question who his enemies really were-Israel? Hamas? America?

Brother Mosab Hassan Yousef, while you were narrating how your father's house alone was not raided, I was reminded of Rahab and her household...you know the rest and can understand. God bless you more and more to know Him more and more and love Him more and more.
Yousef met a British missionary in 1999 who introduced him to Christianity. Between the years 1999 and 2000, Yousef gradually embraced Christianity. In 2005, he was secretly baptized in Tel Aviv by an unidentified Christian tourist.
So true Mosab, believing in Jesus Christ is not a religion.

I love Mosab, and I’m not trying to be pedantic here, but unless something has changed recently, I don’t think he claims to be a Christian. In fact I’ve heard recent interviews where he specifically says he is not. Hopefully I’m wrong of course.
I've noticed that. I think he's in a low time of faith and needs prayer.

This past year Masoud has been deeply affected, as we all have, by the inhumanity demonstrated by the Gaza Arabs on Oct 7th.
He has championed the obligation Israel has to eradicate Hamas. Furthermore he has admitted he now believes his father is complicit in the genocidal attack on Israel.
