- Join me for a 15 Minute Standing Pilates full body workout with weights created to increase strength in your whole body. This is an Intermediate level workout for all ages. This routine starts with warm up movements, then progressively gets more challenging, so stick with it to the end! It'll raise the heart rate, challenge your balance and coordination and build real strength and muscle tone in your body. Today I have opted for heavier weights to make the session more challenging, the ones I am working with are 2KG each and you can find them here: amzn.to/4b5TxLG YOu can also do the session with lighter weights, water bottles or without weights if you prefer and build up to it.

I found some parts difficult just because I have an ankle replacement and it doesn’t quite do the job it’s supposed to.
