US President Joe Biden has warned Saudi Arabia and OPEC plus of the consequences of their decision to cut oil production by 2 million barrels per day to increase the falling oil prices in the international market. The move was observed by the USA as help to Russia during the Russia-Ukraine war. Even after several requests from Joe Biden to Saudi Arabia and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud (MBS), OPEC plus led by Saudi Arabia decided to cut the oil production known as the OPEC oil cut. This will have impacts on US inflation as well. This video explains the reasons behind the decision to oil cut by OPEC, the reasons behind President Biden's warning to Saudi Arabia and the probable consequences from the US against Saudi Arabia.

1) USA was taking lead to resume Iran Nuclear deal which lets Iranian oil supply in world market ( Currently Iran can sell oil only as "Food for Oil programme" ). It is a double whammy for Saudi in terms of both oil price and Iran being the #1 enemy of Saudi. So Saudi expressed their unhappiness
2)As mentioned in the video, Oil came down as low as $20 it was because Saudi was a glutting market with cheap oil to kill "Oil Fracking" in USA and they pretty much succeeded in it. Their end game was to hike prices and simply it is the time now. Current oil price is less than the price before Ukraine war ( 120 versus 93 dollars )
