one thing to note is that Roy's rapier in the Binding Blade actually isn't effective against nomads, though I'm not sure whether that would change the rankings much lol
The bonus round with Roy made me so sad because in FE6 the rapier has the same might than an iron sword and the extra 2 might that the rapier would eventually get would really help him in his early game.

Looking at Hector's stats, only Mage/Shaman seem threatening. So I imagine he clears the entire thing!
As for the next character? If we're sticking to lords, let's get Lyn in there. I imagine she'll get wrecked without the Mani Katti but I wanna see just how badly haha. If we're doing non-lords, I'm voting for my boy Canas!
Ding ding ding, you are correct sir!
I think non GBA lords would be interesting eventually. Ike, and Sigurd and Seliph come to mind
I can definitely do some of those eventually, it'll just depend what resources are available
@BadAtFireEmblem I want to see the child run the gauntlet.
Unsure if anything but a level 20 Melady or Rutger with HM bonuses would clear the child. But we will see. I don't think any normal mode character would clear that, assuming unpromoted of course.
My prediction is that Hector is going to just hit a string of bad luck, sadly, and only make it to 5.
Ya know, I looked at the video length and just completely forgot that Editing is a thing. That's egg on my face.
Yeah the first comment didn't age well 😅
Could you do Deke or Rutger next? I feel like they would do really well
I’d like to see how Syrene does with her average stats, she’s my favorite bad unit in all of gba emblem
Maybe you could have the last enemy before the child drop an elixir? That way, trying to heal through the Uber Spear might be worth it?
What about Canas with his prf Luna? (It’s essentially his PRF, the only other dark magic user in FE7 is Athos)
By that logic every single dark tome is also his prf
Will there be a video for promoted units eventually? Would love to see Binding Blade Roy, or units like promoted Rutger/Dieck with Durandal/Armads, etc.
That said, Rutger or Dieck next! Ooh, Gonzalez!
I definitely want to do a few of the vanilla promoted units, but I don't know how best to implement them. Levelling them down the promoted level 1? Unpromoting them to level 20 base? Who knows. But probably not legendary weapons, I'll save them for a different series at some point
I've always loved Dorcas and I've always gotten blessed Dorcas growths (60 HP, capped attack, really high defense and 16 speed), but I consistently hear that he's not a good unit
I love Dorcas too, I'm surprised more people haven't suggested him, especially since he's a meme
Also...For characters without a Prf...how about making their "Prf" run the best weapon their class can equip?
