My hips and ankles are fine, could use spine work but not too bad; however, I have extreme knee pain doing this. Is there a way to improve the knee joint?
Look into Ben Patrick , the knees over toes guy!! Him with combination of movements method would be a great combo! They share alot of the same ideas!
Subscribed!!! I am strongly considering buying your program. I’m bone on bone in my left knee and my right ankle. I have Hallux Rigidus in the toes of both my feet. Extreme tightness in my lower back and hips. I’m would be starting at level zero. You think your program can help me?

I don't know how my grandmother managed to 98 years of age without doing any deep squats. Well, do you know actually I do. I'm 71 now and I'd like to see you do your squats with my knees . Guess what? One size does not fit at all.
