You would think that a massive fucking plow on the front of the car and armor wouldn't exactly be either erganomic or light. Hell, the thing problably weight 2,5 tons or something like that.

Quick question: does the statistics for the magnum opus go beyond it's maximum? Like it's handling or top speed? Cause I've maxed out my handling before adding 2 handling boosts. And I don't think I can see a difference.
I’m not certain, but I believe there is an effect. Also, keep in mind how tires work. Some are really great in sand but suck on Asphalt, some are the exact opposite, and one is pretty decent on both asphalt and sand. Each tire has a different handling though.
Dude it is not necessarily the Best car if you have all of the last items, you Gotta look at the stats for it to be the best. Just look at your acceleration and handling...

That's down to personal opinion. The ramming grill, armor and engine options will reduce other stats and the wheels will only increase traction on one surface, so you have to adjust them depending on how you want to play.
Can anyone tell me if it's absolutely necessary for the Magnum Opus to be fully Upgraded in order to beat the game? Didn't want to do all of the grinding if I don't really need to.

Icecube88 Yes you can, but at the end you get Maxs black leather jacket and sawed off double barrel shotgun, those are the 2 things can grt AFTER you finish the game.
My only complaints about this game is Boss fight variety there’s only big brute bosses & 2 fast knife slasher types (stank gum & ur gas town fighter crackheads chick) all the top dog camps bosses are the same just different color schemes no variety at all There’s not all much to do after the main story is over except wasteland missions if u haven’t done those already during the game In all my play throughs ive beat the game before I even was halfway done with my car & I did everything to acquire as much scrap as possible( built scrap & clean up crew projects in all bunkers,took over every camp & maxed out my ability where I get more scrap from looting (forgot name) & I still wasn’t able to fully upgrade before the final sequence The 2 final bosses were easy & those two bosses are the two big baddies of the game i had more difficulty beating the top dogs over scrotus/stank gum Car & human combat are fun just wish the story was wayyyy longer & there was more variety to bosses & even one world encounters
i bet it handles like dogshit with the heaviest ram on the front and maximum armour, i decided to go with one or the other but not both, makes it too slow off the line.

AESCULAPTORmark3 I normally play at low volume but I think it sounds pretty good. Haven't compared the two engines sounds though so I wouldn't know.

Slick rubs are decent on asphalt but off road tires rule elsewhere. And trust me, staying on asphalt is a hard thing to do. At least for me it is.
