That covering up your face technique you demonstrated at around the 6:30 mark is used by many of the top boxers. Look at Ali vs Foreman and even some of Mayweathers fights. This is another great video. Thank you professor and Kenny. You’re positively impacting the lives of many.
I’d definitely enjoy visiting your school one day also. Would definitely make the trip. Thank you again for this vid. Looking forward to the next one. Be safe. Peace
Same techniques and concepts taught in WingChun....The Way of The Dragon....Nothing is new under the Sun...Bruce Lee taught this. Science of martial law/ street fighting..... Keep up the Great Work Brother.....
I watched your video on how you lost it all and got it all back one of the most inspirational videos especially for men ....LOVE YOU Professor AND BRO KENNY God Speed!
This guy is very good. I have gone through heaps self defence and fighting videos and have basically boiled my viewing down to the following exponents, both dead and alive: Lee Morrison ( a vicious speed merchant) Carl Cestari ( Stupendous speed) Kelly McCann ( fast and vicious) and Master Chief Tank Todd ( a minister of death, trained by CCB masters). I'm adding this guy to my stack. He doesn't seem to have the speed and nastiness of the others mentioned... but what he teaches is on equal footing to anything I have seen. In fact he would probably have the best utilitarian style of fighting suitable for the average person. That's saying something because the other masters I have mention teach extremely utilitarian methods. What I don't like from all the above guys is the limited dynamic demonstrations. What I mean by that is an opponent who isn't going to stand in front of you; who circles and dashes in and out with blinding speed. Who works angles and feints. When you have an opponent like that, straight way you options become more limited.
Practical, effective, and simple. Wow! Put my thoughts into this video. Practicing katas for show is great for show not fighting. Though the principles can become automatic and ingrained you have to practice real fighting with resistance. Amen. I wrestled and we rolled until we were drop dead tired to the bone. Confidence so important. Mindset #1. Excellent teaching here. Thank you.
Pushing into the joint to block a hook is a technique that I saw former heavyweight champ, George Forman used to neutralize Joe Fraser‘s lethal left hook. George would repeatedly blocked at the joint every time Fraser threw the punch upsetting his balanceThrowing off his timing and forcing him to reset
Real fighting has zero rules... Real fighting in the street is for your life... You cannot go for the eyes with your fingers in UFC... You also cannot full groin kick in UFC... UFC is "sport fighting" not real fighting. Real fighting they may have a knife, a bottle, friends to help, and won't stop when you're down or out.
Do You Believe You can open up a can of whoop ass; Yes, we can; Must believe in yourself that you can defend yourself; ;#1 Law is personal development; can't be half in and half out; go all in; real talk; bring ass to get ass!!!
I’m paying attention. Let’s go to Another Level!
🤣🤣😂😂🤣🤣Kenny I love you dude. I love you guys both of you. I am far for US but I am glad to meet you.
This should be the first lesson taught in all self-defense classes how to deal with the sucker punch. This information is solid gold
Kenny's outros are the best. 😊
Good video.
Very informative lesson. Defending your face is important. Most untrained people only head hunt in fights. 💯
*Professor, You & Kenny are ✊🏾✊🏾!
Good advice, and we all should practice correct skills instead of the flashy stuff. Please share this amazing content with friends.

Western boxing has some of the best defenses against punches. That And the Street art52 blocks
Marvin Hagler used these blocks continuously his whole defense was built around it

Good stuff Professor James & Kenny. Thank you for sharing such effective combat strategies. Keep up the excellent work.
🎯Definitely 💪🏽‼️
Ty so much , I love your perspective on DISTANCE ,pure gold.
Looks like you are controlling the distance as well by moving in towards the attacker instead of moving backwards.
Hahaha, Kenny hang in there, we are getting good information from Professor David and you even though you are receiving all the punches.

This great, Professor David!! Keep these videos coming....do you have these techniques in book form?
Like always to the point
Thanks for your advice!
Cool!
Thank you!
So when you move in while blocking should you strike by racking the eyes instead of hitting the chin with your elbow?
poor kenny lol
What if he is like me and hits left handed?
Do YOU Believe "? (I Understand)! 💥
The Blocks are Infinite 52 Blocks❤❤❤❤
The rope-a- dope.
I wonder why nobody ever does these techniques in real fighting like UFC
