    Why is the area of the circle divided by half since only half of the circle is showing, but the same is not done to the triangle since it’s also only showing half of the triangle?

      The formula for the area of any triangle is 1/2bh..... The triangle in this example is called a right triangle.

      Not this complex, but definitely be familiar with each individual shape (rect, right triangle, circle, etc.)

      It gets even crazier. Look at solids of revolution for calculus.... just saying. 🤔Practice....
