Depends how cold you’re talking. At most I’d personally only use a heat mat to avoid harsh heat. These guys can handle low temps well but if you’re consistently under 20c you may want a small amount of extra heat.

@@sambutler353 I suppose most people keep species seperate to avoid any potential issues or cross breeding. Usually males and females are pretty tolerant of the same sexes provided there is enough space/hides/food etc.
