This was my first collaboration with Louis Berthoud to test some possible live performance ideas and a chance to test out some the visual ideas I've had for a long time.

Filmed in one of the Leeds Conservatoire Dance Studios based in Leeds City College, Playhouse Square Leeds.
This video was recorded by shooting the two performers separately. I used 5 Phones/Ipads at various angles, and then overlaid the footage to make it look like we are playing in the space together. I am quite happy with the results and love the backdrop of Leeds in the background.

The video was also a chance to test out some new gear that I recently acquired such as the Behringer Deepmind 12d Synth. I use the chord sequencer settings on the Novation Launchpad Mk3 to send Midi to the synth and also use Ableton as the main looping engine.
