Hell yeah. Drives better than I remember. Drove a pathfinder rental for a bit and man….that was a POS.
I hit a pothole on the freeway in my IS500 which blew the tire immediately and even bent the rim. This video brought back bad memories.
Hit a pothole earlier in the year. Their insurance had to cash me out. Hopefully the state took care of it. But Tort laws are annoying.
@@BWItoATXF Caltrans denied my claim. It was ~$500 for a new tire and to reshape the wheel. CA is good for nothing.
@V8Brah not too bad man. That would be about deductible and happy it was just that. As you can see, I just claim all these tires as disposable lol.
I’m 0 for 2 with MDOT And TxDOT. Those tort laws are trash.

I live very close to that CVS and I was so surprised when you parked there. I wish I could’ve been a help! I remember I got a puncture a few days after I got a brand new set of tires😅 How was your experience with those DWS? I was debating between DWS and Michelin PSAS4 and went with PSAS. I have a white IS350 and I’ve been thinking of getting the orange plate as well. It looks good on your RCF. Matches nicely with your brake caliper 👍

I try to buy from tire rack for this exact reason so I have that 2 year road hazard warranty at a minimum.
DWS06 are all I ever run for all season. Never rode the others, I hear good things. But as far as performance, tread life, 0 road noise, and price? It’s a no brainer for myself and a LOT of others.

This is my second white car. Second time I’ve had the orange plates. I would (for obvious reasons) do it. My guy Derrick at APAC can take care of your calipers if you need as well. Tell him I sent you.
@@BWItoATXFGood to know that you enjoy DWS. I got my set from costco when they had a promotion on michelin tires. The price ended up not that much different from DWS from tire rack. I definitely want to try DWS next time and see how they compare.
