I don't understand why they had the spikes in the faceplate going in that cone shape instead of straight forward like they had drawn in the sketches. If it were real, im sure it would still be effective, but it just seems like the sketchbook version would actually yield the results that ended up taking place before the title card.
You know, the weird thing is: x-ray shows it's really "in/at the back of" his eyes. But flashbacks show "robe guy" put it "under" his eye in SAW 2.And we also saw the same flashback in Saw 7 (3D) and Lawrence as the robe guy looks like he puts it "under" his eye.But the x-ray showed a wrong position.
you'd have to free your arms, you can't stay in that position forever, and even if he did he'd have no way of getting out of it bc he'd have to open a door or like get the key, unless there was some bars that he could lodge his head through and have the trap hit against the poles then use the time to dig it out then there probably wasn't any other option.
why do i keep watching these at night

Holy Shit this scene is brutal
Nub Slyer Nothing compared to The Rack in Saw 3
Hydrus BlaZe I haven't seen that one yet, ima go check it out now
Nub Slyer Its prob the most brutal
Nub Slyer HAHA same. He deserves an oscar for how well he acted.
all the traps are brutal
when you think of 'saw' you think of 'brutal'
ah yes, the iron maiden
yo why am i watching this before sleeping
well, I think it is less scarier if you watch the "behind the scenes", because you see it's all fake and kinda demolish the fear (this I s my opinion)
@Simone Ferrarese same but im still a bit scared
This is the second head trap taken from the Saw 2 film which is the "Venus flytrap" and it's used for Michael (played by Noam Jenkins).
Why am I looking at these at 12:45 am
Couldn't he use the scalpel to cut the leather straps and then take the damn thing off
Would there have been a possibility of him using the scalpel to cut through the leather straps?
Ciara Casey That would be cheating. Jigsaw would kill him either way.
but still a better idea
God-O- Raisins All he would have had to do was escape the trap and then leave, so would he?
Thats what I always think. What if they completly break the rules to survive? And escape?
vro yeah
I love the BTS scenes of the traps.
Bravo au réalisateurs qui savent très bien faire les fausses blessures.😮👍👏
❤🎉🎉🎉
Thats the one before the titlecard.
Jeremie challenger That deserves a *TITLE CARD*
Dead meat reference...if you know who that is
SAW II
I'm a bit peeved that I had an idea for a trap similar to this one, only to find out Saw already used it.
50th comment yeeeee
Im watching this like at night
What if you put both your arms infront of the trap, as it closes you would get your arms broke but your head would be ok
Lysmatic Studios , but it would be painful to break your arms and you'd die from blood lose like the hand trap, either way is a great idea

Lysmatic Studios that’ll be cheating.
Wait, nevermind.
in time
He could have used the scalpel to cut through the leather straps and get free that way, before the timer was set off...
Randy Morris that would be cheating.
Ouups
😍😍😍😍😍😍 0:47
that not cool
