I truly wish my surgeon would have known this and had advanced my jaws forward and up so as to cure me from my sleep apnea. Now here I am at 58 years old, and have had sleep apnea all my life… My lower airway is extremely small, despite having had bilateral jaw advancement surgery 35 years ago…

He reminds me of my surgeon. Loves basketball too. He and I agreed on a aggressive approach. 10mm upper 14mm lower…but I do feel like the overall person needs to be taken into account. The nose and chin can be tricky for sure. I read a lot of redditors state they aren’t happy with their noses their surgeries. It’s such a complex thing.
