You can't have much space for all those bakeries if you are a great bread producer and thus struggle a lot with space. So as a solution you make a bigger castle which asks for even more resources, and all that gold needed to buy weapons to the starting defensive units and to train them, which will be increased with a bigger castle because there will be more area to guard. And even so you won't have much space unless you make a castle the size of a whole country.
