I doubt that VW will start for 700 km at 75.000 € as it might turn out to be another VW Arteon, which despite all its premium features hasn't been a success, as people are more than happy to pay premium amount for a premium brand image such as Audi (VW Group) or BMW, Mercedes etc. and their biggest competitor, Model 3 LR is available at 60,000 €. Regarding price increase due to larger battery, I did a comparison of ID.3 - 58 kWh and 77 kWh - without performance and comfort packages, the price difference for battery increase of 20 kWh is ca. 4,500 € and it sounds reasonable, as the battery costs to OEM about 135 $/kWh. Hence going from 77 to 90 kWh, it should be additional 3 - 4,000 € at max.
