Some spaniard not fan of chorizo? Well, that's me!! 😅 But only because It is too strong for me and having just a bit would last inside for hours and hours omg We use to cook it sometimes with extra virgin olive oil and at the end add a few drops of anisette to caramelize It. That softens the flavour and helps the digestion. Thanks for the recipe, Daniel!
I love chorizo. I cannot wait to visit Spain and try proper authentic chorizo, when lockdown is over and everything goes back to normal. I imagine the sausage sold throughout Ireland probably isn't as good or full of flavour. I've had some pretty bland ones here. I hope your stay safe
You don't need oil in your pan when cooking a fatty meat like Chorizo. It will release itd natural fats or the orangy oil as you call it. But nice video either way just for future reference is all (but I'm no chef so don't take my word for it just watch alot of jamie Oliver and gordan ramsay and work in a kitchen) so I could be wrong.
This’s becoming my favourite. Made it twice this week.

Thanks for your comment, I just add a little oil to help it along and prevent the pan scorching.
