Most of these were using a Boom Shield or abusing certain cover to hop through walls or outside the map. So people would send their leader into these spots to become unkillable unless you entered the spot too. We never personally used these glitches first, but after a team used them it was fair game for us too. It was found that the attacker probably used a specific thing in Windows to gain access to the Computers and install the hacks, which also allowed him to activate the cheats remotely. While the installation of the Hacks on the PCs wasn't an issue with Apex' or EAC's Security. Both have GLARING issues with the Anti-Cheat being garbage. Destroyer2009 actually had been hacking games and causing unrest in the game prior to this incident. The dude was able to literally invade ongoing Matches and even was able to hack himself into the Firing Range of the game. Now by now the Firing Range is basically open to whoever joins you, and the moment someone joins your Squad in the lobby, they get sent to the Firing Range if you're in there. Back then that wasn't the case. He also managed to give other Pro-Players an insane amount of the Lootboxes of the game. So all in all, the dude was a menace.

I hate cheaters. I don't believe in forgiveness as a concept. I hate cheaters with speed runs the most because they are stealing from other people. When they get a world record they are stealing that chance and that achievement from someone who could have got it for a real. And that moment is something that the other person will NEVER get back. I don't care how old they were or anything like that. They don't deserve forgiveness.
You don’t believe in forgiveness as a concept? That’s wild to say. I’m pretty sure some of the people that got their records stolen even eventually forgave them. I’m sure you’ve never done anything wrong lol
@@joshuacollins9316 Some things aren't forgivable. I can forgive someone who has done wrong on smaller things. But when it comes to horribly wrong things that have no redemption, I won't forgive either. That's God's job, not mine. But he does have a point with cheaters. Not entirely, but their records should be stripped and they shouldn't be allowed to post another run again without serious vetting and a lot of time to pass. Minimum. If the speedrun that hit the last minute barrier in Getting Over It first was fake, idk what to think for the ones who earned it rightfully. That guy got a lot of coverage. I doubt that one is fake, but if it was, that would hella suck for the person who actually got it and wasn't the WR holder. But when it comes to Billy Mitchell, a man who cheated for his fame, still cheats for his fame, got good chunk of money from thereof off the backs of more honest people and stealing that opportunity from someone who had the integrity and game skills to do just that for that Title of "Video Gamer of the Century".......well that last one was more on Billy gloating about it, but still. Someone was legitimately robbed of a good opportunity and Billy ruined it not only for him, but for future events and other people because of the stain he left. That's on the unforgivable side imo. The fake blindfolded SM64 run that was obviously fake, wasn't posted on the leader boards, so forgiveness isn't hard for that one.....but it was really funny to see that failure.😂
To be clear. The apex one, the dudes at the event had comprimised PCs and the hacker did this before using other hack types else where. He never had access to peoples computers through the servers themselves.

i think its cool that they were like giving the better player the account anyway just to give him a shot and have a better chance of winning, the cod 4 thing was actually pretty smart
18:40 the Apex cheating event was figured out relatively quickly. The players had unknowingly compromised their systems to a known cheater who used the compromise to log into their accounts mid-game and take over. They, themselves, where not intentionally cheating. They were just stupid and opened links they didn't know on machines that were supposed to be for competition only. Lesson of the situation: if you don't absolutely know where a link is from and what it's to, don't click it!
Last example given about the cable is a classic case of "skill gap". You, the player, put effort into the game to learn positioning and/or skilled rotations. Halo 3 was all about this. Even Halo 2 had "super jumps" which took a LOT of timing and practice to pull off in a real match. It is not like you are invincible in those positions and game developers cannot (and should not) predict/restrict *every* possible exploit from their own game mechanics. Now the second to last example of you going in beyond areas that make you invisible or whatever, yeah that's sketchy. Apex Legends has had a few things similar to this over the years: infinite Wraith Q to guarantee wins (season 1 or 2), flying under Olympus (you will die to ring but you get free placement in ranked), and lately there is a spot on Kings Canyon that you can fall into an untextured rock and it is perfect camo (happened to me when my team was pinched and literally stumbled across it and we knew this was not legit). Just depends what it is used for. Very blurry lines nonetheless.
I remember using action replays, i had buddies so we tested it between eachother, and my diamond save still has all the items I put in it Another time a different buddy got access to an OG MW2 mod menu when it was a dead game, my own actions actively went against the menu, aimbot headshots don't work if you normally flick up from chest to head. Every. Single. Time.
Say what you want about Dr. Disrespect, the Two-Time is doing 7 digit streaming numbers since his return: he is back. And going out of bounds is not cheating, it belongs in the same category as Easter Egg hunting, secret levels or bonus stages.

I dont remember the name of the game, but it was a cycling simulator. 2 Instances of cheating i know of in that niche of gaming... 1. in an event someone hired another person to play for them, even with camera footage, in which they hid his face using a monitor... and 2. someone using an altered pedal sensor, which basically taking his input and amplifying it before it was sent to the game input
Cody Millers GDQ run, while atrocious and a crime against speedrunning, was NOT CHEATED.
Get it right bro!
Although, fuck Cody Miller, he has cheated by splicing his halo 2 run which got into the guinness world records.
That might be why they added them to the video lol, i don’t think it is necessarily people who cheated just *on* an event
oh yea, for my squad the cod zombies post up corner was the catwalk on der riese. Man you either whooped ass or got overrun real quick lol. I also remember posting up in the little hallway to jug in buried after we got all perks from finally doing the easter egg, session crashed like 3 rounds later lol
That cody miller video is brutal to sit through
0:16 ooof
The witch Clara can't keep getting away with it!
damn, clara really out here being busy
i like the Sims style framed pictures just off the floor
not gonna lie the clara thing is still kinda fun but i feel bad for her, she cant make a comeback bcus of that situation she tried. but pdf´s can just come back and pretend nothing happend beautifull world tbh
41:10 the dog just flying into frame! Lol where did that pup jump from?
Oh just wait until all of the current call of duty warzone pros get outed for cheating. When I say all of them cheat with aimbot, scripts, walls, and low recoil mods, I mean all of them do. And they are winning hundreds of thousands by doing it. You will have such a good video to make on those clowns within the next year.
crazy how nobody had still confronted shroud for cheating his entire career
I can
forgive someone who has done wrong on smaller things.
Make a drinking game. Every time you say "like" you drink a shot.
To be clear. The apex one, the dudes at the event had comprimised PCs and the hacker did this before using other hack types else where. He never had access to peoples computers through the servers themselves.
Remember when WingsofRedemption lost to Syndicate 1v1 Bog
the disrespect joke caught me off guard
love the long videos ❤
3:10 “you’re literally and idiot” is crazy 😂
Damn I remember watching the syndicate project he was the whole reason I got a bearded dragon. I even named her spike. And when his passed I was devastated. Sad to see
Easy Anti-Cheat saying there wasn't any vulnerabilities is hilarious given the reputation EAC has.
i think its cool that they were like giving the better player the account anyway just to give him a shot and have a better chance of winning, the cod 4 thing was actually pretty smart
Modern warfare 4 from 2007 is my all time favorite the remastered version is stunning
Great video
imagine your husband cheating on you with a minor
im surprised by the amount of people just finding out about syndicate. I guess the zombies community just wasn't very vocal about it.
I know Syndicate as that guy that started WingsofRedemption's downfall.
Syndicate's gambling scandal is genuinely fucking evil. He should have gone to prison.
Carto: Developer and capricious deity
They he said "But I did" had me dead
I, too, enjoy Karl Jobst's youtube channel
I love the title name... For a future vid, how about "wost losers that were seen losing."
Billy Mitchell is in FACT a cheater. 🤷🏻♂️
I remember using action replays, i had buddies so we tested it between eachother, and my diamond save still has all the items I put in it
Another time a different buddy got access to an OG MW2 mod menu when it was a dead game, my own actions actively went against the menu, aimbot headshots don't work if you normally flick up from chest to head. Every. Single. Time.
Say what you want about Dr. Disrespect, the Two-Time is doing 7 digit streaming numbers since his return: he is back.
And going out of bounds is not cheating, it belongs in the same category as Easter Egg hunting, secret levels or bonus stages.
