All responsabilities are on you! Also, at the end of the day everyone is looking to come up with a solution! I have never heard that from a CEO, different point of view, a great point of view! But I think all responsabilities shouldn't be on you, every department, every employee has a responsability. If you don't fail you won't learn but if you don't let others solve their problems maybe they won't grow up neither. What do you think about that Casey? Thank you in advance.

It's interesting to know that Casey's favorite part is because of the team, the lease favourite part is because of himself.
Casey always put other people before himself. So "Leaders Eat Last"
