  • In this video I wanted to share my philosophy that I have been calling my "impact framework". This is a way to organize my thoughts in order to be and stay productive. It is a way to perceive a world in a way that cuts out all the fat and allows you to focus on serving the customer or your "why".
Finding your why is the key to moving forward. Without a clear and concise why, you will be stuck in perpetual circular motions.

Casey, I'm seeking advice. I'm leaving my current position and plan to move back home with my parents in the Seattle area(23 years old). I have an entrepreneurial spirit and want to start my own company and have insane confidence in myself that I'll be very successful. However it's scary taking that jump. I have a college degree and can easily land a job in the Seattle area for over $50,000. Do I start full time and work on my business on the weekends and evenings or do I go for it, Live with my parents and invest in myself. Love your videos as always!
