Traveling PRO TIP: when staying in hotels, strip the bed immediately, throw the top comforter on the floor (it never gets washed), don't sit in fabric chairs and keep your suitcase/clothes in the bathroom. If you can't do that, put your clothes on the highest shelf or ONLY on hard surfaces. Use that suitcase stand...NOTHING ever on the floor. If you want to freak yourself out, buy a blacklight flashlight, turn off the lights in the room and you can see biological residue E V E R Y W H E R E!
