This is not true. That kind of saying is secular human wisdom which is contrary to the Word of God in Scripture. Sometimes the Lord allows the enemy to destroy like Job as a proof of the steadfastness of the Lord. It has nothing to do with discouragement or distraction. The "testing" of our faith might seem like a destruction of the enemy, but it is the Lord chastising us and making us strong.
All you brothers who are going through know that you are not alone that there are good women out here who appreciate you and praying for you stay strong we have your back 💘

Amen! I have fought back this past year in a half. I was emotionally abused. I left my husband after a nightmare. I thought he would come after my youngest son and myself and say sorry but that didn't happen. He proceeded to turn our 3 older kids away from me. There is generational estrangement in his family and there are decades of throwing away the wife and turning the kids. My heart is still broken and Christmas is hard. I am grieving 3 living children. I am living Luke 12 and Matthew 10.

I was a victim of domestic violence but now im an overcomer. Every hour of the day, i would check the jail's website to see whether he was in jail or not. I thought i could rest easier knowing that he was still locked up. I was ready to sell my home and move out of state but i realized that these were signs of me walking in fear & not walking in faith that God would protect me. I rebuke fear, the threat of violence, timidness and all things that are not of God in Jesus's name Amen!

When kids want to be grown get a job do chores pay Bills n if a young lady spends the night out what that tells me about her parents how she treats herself in some else home unnpermissionly spending the night I say this to my son dont start no shhhhh it wont be none. This is an old sermon. Around 2005 I believe I first heard this message.
This is what I needed this morning to start my weekend. I just came from almost losing my beautiful wife and loving kids this late summer because of satin and me feeling like I had nobody at home. Its now been about 30 days that I decided to bring Christ back into my life (after loosing my house and cars because of my selfish action). I now have a clear understanding, because of the word of God Bishop T.D. Jakes narrated to us that when I'm in my feelings God, LORD Jesus Christ is my shoulder when my wife is distracted or going through her own battles. I hope everyone else hears this message the way it was intended. By the way, God has blessed me and my family with a better paying job, cars we never thought we would have, house bigger than the one we lost and my Queen is still here with me!!!!! by my side.GOD GETS ALL THE GLORY!!!!!
