When we relinquish our arrogant way of thinking, our posture of humility allows the Spirit the opportunity to transform our relationship model. What’s modeled in front of us shapes the framework of our identity. Material items and aesthetics will not enhance our models, but as the Spirit leads, it may become apparent that a remodel is needed. Don’t be discouraged, rather be tenacious. Will you create a strategy and show up to fight for your household?

This is exactly what I needed to hear. As a single mother of four daughters the journey of raising them and being a model woman for them is so hard. I know I mess up at times but thank God for remodeling because I’m always trying to get better and do better. I had to mother with hurt, disappointment, anger, child rape, loneliness, abandonment of my father and feeling like I wasn’t enough or loved like I couldn’t trust people. I listen to your messages everyday throughout the day and it has saved my life and allowed me to be better with my kids. Thank you 🙏🏾 y’all are wonderful 😊🙌🏽🙌🏽 Hallelujah remodel my home Lord 🙏🏾🙏🏾

One of the best I have heard in many years. This is what Christ preached. This went deep in my crying soul.
13 years ago, this was the message I needed when I turned to my father and friends to ask about what to do. I felt unready and she wanted us to marry ASAP due to hostility in her adopted family. I needed this message and no one gave it. I sought for it because I knew it was there but I found none ready to give it. I plunged in at last though hesitant, 13 years later it's a struggle to find balance despite the 2 of us being loving to each other. 7 years of courtship I never realized I did not have a relationship with her, instead I played the role of father to her and was busy fixing her family troubles. I never realised it due to my fathering nature which was actually unhealthy though positive. Relationships are complex.
Some people are good but not good for you. Youths need to be taught many lessons before dating. Pre-date counselling is a must but hardly is it ever given.
This has to be one of the best sermons I have heard TD Jakes preach.

AMEN!!!! YES! Thank God my eyes are open now because it's my season. Sometimes we have to go through it to learn from it to make us to be what is expected of us. What I went through in my marriage has made me stronger and wiser to discern what God has for me. Lessons learned...praise God! What a journey!!
Shawnett Wade so I was in a four year relationship with my girlfriend that was really up and down. Sometimes living with her was hell but I had so much growth with her too. She wanted to break up our blended family and I moved out but she wants me back. Just in short...any words of wisdom?
