Overall an excellent design, however, the rear axle requires reworking, since there are at best two small bearings that will be destroyed very quickly. But like I said, I liked the position of the engine in the front, and I also had the idea of making the exhaust pipe inside the frame, which should dampen the sound. You have already implemented this. It is also advisable to provide a shield over the rear wheel, which has already been written here before me.

Bearings in that grinder head ain't gonna last. Your'e lucky to get an angle grinder with dual roller bearings. Usually at least one of the two are just brass bushings. Whether brass, needle, or ball theyr'e not made for that kind of load. It'll work for awhile at least. I wish he'd thrown another bearing and support on the other side of the rear wheel.

5:02 when a guy is eyeballing & free-handing his cuts and using a stick welder yet still has less runout on a 5 foot shaft than if most folk had used a jig, micrometer & TIG welder! -add suspension. For "angle grinder" life and driver's comfort.
-add protection for shaft (btw shaft doesn't seem to be aligned properly)
-add heat insulation/protection for exhaust pipe

There's not much chance of that drive gear lasting more than a few rides. Simply not designed for that amount of torque. Really need a 90 degree torque box for an industrial application. Better yet, fit a chain or belt drive.

True. Also I can't see the bearings in that grinder head lasting too long either

Worked great for two days, was stolen and the thief was found later all tangled up in vines on the side of the road after the scooter fell apart while traveling at 25 kph.
The builder was issued a summons and was later charged with constructing an unsafe vehicle.
Meanwhile the thief retained the services of the village attorney to prepare a case against the builder in the hopes of recovering money in order to offset some of his medical bills resulting from the crash.
The neighbors of the young scooter builder was overheard saying; “I knew one day they were gonna get someone hurt, they almost ran over my pig last week!”

This can't be real what you forefit 90% of your rights when you steal property that's property it's not a vehicle a road vehicle has to comply with dot regulations which that does not so the thief is barking 2 laws stolen property and unroad worthy vehicle
