A few years ago, On DMX’s interview on The Breakfast Club he was asked about if he liked Drake. He said he hates the way he looks, the way he dresses, the way he talks etc. I believe the line in Not Like Us, is an homage to DMX, while agreeing with DMX as well.

I'm a 51yo white guy who loves all sorts of music, everything from K-Pop to Hip-Hop. In my digital music collection I have some Drake and Kendrick tracks. I've never paid much attention to rapper beefs, so I didn't know the two had issues. Being a San Diego native though, if I had to pick a side, I'd back Lamar every day of the week, cuz Cali rulez! Heh. I'm a fan of New Rockstars breakdown videos of my favorite super hero and genre moves and TV shows. In the same way, I enjoyed Jessica's breakdown of this music video and the KvD Dis Battle.
