While I like this version that Chris Sebastian does I think he did it better with his audition on the voice. Amazing voice.
OMG Chris Sebastian does runs like that!!! I feel for artists that have famous siblings, it must be so hard to live in the shadow of your brother. He and Guy should do something together.

the blind audition of Chris Sebastian is my favourite singing Jealous. guy's reaction, he cried and was very emotional during the judges comments. delta sat with him. Chris performed on the Voice australia 2001 and chose Seal, not Delta as coach. delta was devastated. she phoned guy and said he didn't pick me 😭. Chris phoned guy and said he didn't want to make it awkward for delta being his coach because they knew each other. poor delta, Chris chose kelly Rowland, but best decision as he won and australia supported his second chance at a solo career. 👍🇦🇺
Chris is talented in his own right. I did think Johnny would win and I voted for him. His voice is incredible.
But you can't say that Chris didn't deserve to win. You can't argue his talent.
And he and Johnny are friends. 🙂
They're both very different but talented vocalists.
I voted for Johnny too, but I wasn't upset when Chris won because they are both super talented and it could have gone either way.😊

Johnny Emmanuel IS Australian. He is an immigrant just like many great Australians.

Well, the sebastian brothers can sing for real.
They grew up singing in church together & having music lessons. Chris has been in a band as well.
Fun fact; there are 4 Sebastian brothers and they are all great musicians in their own right.
I love it when he uses that little 'cry' in a song or when he gets 'breathy' so much emotion in his voice. His blind audition on The Voice made Guy cry..it was such a beautiful moment when the rest of the judges found out he was Guy's brother (except Delta as she knows him) I will post this reaction to him...he's such a lovely, kind man.

If you haven't done this yet, watch Chris's blind audition (second time on the voice, he starts with Jealous)... that man will literally blow your mind. His runs and trills are STUPID they're so good. He's actually a better vocalist than Guy! (Sorry Guy, I still love ya)... but they have very different styles. Sebastian family are all unreal singers. Their church has run the Narre Warren (outer Melbourne) Carols by twilight for many years on xmas eve & Chris has performed in quite a few as well as his sister & parents. Guy was already a big star by then & off doing other things. They took a very lame carols service & improved it big time.

You might want to take a look at Jelly Roll, Upchurch, Adam Calhoun or Tom McDonald.
Major use of autotune here. Should have been mentioned, because it puts an asterisk on every fancy run he did. I think it sounds very fake.
Where’s the auto tune? This is what he’s always sounded like. However he overuses his runs and forces it a lot more. Guy used to do this and then as he grew vocally, he didn’t always have to do it but can still pull those runs out on command.
@@Nah-ah You can literally hear the "snapping" artefacts as the pitch is locked to specific pitches. Check out the Wings of Pegasus channel here on YT - he educates people on how to identify autotune use.
