Who has ever accused Guy of using auto tune? The first we ever heard of him was him singing live. We’ve always known he has a killer voice.

@boggy269 hahaha 😆 I'm Australian thats funny as. Vanessa would god dam blow there socks off with her voice. Iv actually listened to her recently on youtube it's been many years. There's not to many out there in the world that can give her a run. She's a powerhouse.
He doesnt need or use Auto Tune. He grew up in Adelaide, South Australia singing in Church. He sounds exactly the same now as when he did back then. He is pure and unaltered.
He literally sounds EXACTLY the same live as he does produced. Watch his Australian Idol stuff, he's brilliant.

Guy is one of our Aussie treasures. For anyone interested, he won the 1st Australia Idol. His Mum is Sri Lankan and his Dad Malayan. His grother Chris is also an awesome singer, and I think he won the last series of The Voice Australia.

My favourite Guy Sebastian song is Choir, he wrote as a tribute to one of his band members who sadly struggled with depression and took his own life.

Guy is from Australia and much loved here (me included!). He won the first season of Australian Idol back in 2003 and has gone onto greater things including this hit which saw him sing it on Letterman and Jimmy Fallon. The original version has Lupe Fiasco featured (rapping the verses), but Guy is a very gifted musician and songwriter....and a genuine, humble man.
GUY is an AUSTRALIAN and a CHRISTIAN MAN, which I feel is reflected in his music as he is relaxed, humble, and comfortable within himself.
Sadly I think both he and his wife lost their faith ages ago.

Represented Australia at the Eurovision Song Contest when Australia was incited to enter. Guy came 5th. Awesome song and a huge reaction to guy from Europe.

Great singer/songwriter, sensational voice and really nice bloke. He has never let stardom go to his head. He original wrote the hook to this song Battlescars and reached out to Lupe Fiasco to collaborate. In the original version Guy wrote all the singing parts and Lupe all the rap parts, it was in the hot 100 billboard charts in the USA and definitely Guy’s biggest hit of his career
I've seen Guy live in concert five times. His voice is incredible. Never heard him hit a bad note.
Guy is true singer. One of Australia’s best. Not too many can sing this well. The first time we heard him was an Australian Idol... he was singing Beyoncé and Christina Aguilera versions of songs. Damn amazing...
I cannot help but comment on MRM clips.. Honestly, he has THE most genuine reactions of anyone on you tube, you can always tell by the way he scratches his head while listening! Awesome reaction!

My 77 year old mother in law is a huge fan of Guy. Sadly, she lost her battle with cancer last week and at her funeral yesterday we played Guys latest song 'standing with you' He puts so much emotion into his music.

His voice has such range and he can sing about any type of genre and we have to go look him up just to hear his great songs...makes me sad and mad at the sametime.😔

Some of the best bands of all time have not been able to do it.
Queen is the best example, they were never that big in the USA. In fact "bohemian Rhapsody" which was released in 1975 only charted in the USA after being featured in the movie "Waynes World" 20+ years later.
@@davidmccarthy6390 I am very aware that it’s difficult for many bands to break into the American industry. It’s a true shame because so many talented musicians are never heard here in this country. We’re missing out on so much and it’s truly a tragedy.
Guy is a brilliant vocalist & song writer. This stripped back version is spectacular. He's well known & loved in Australia but his talent is International & his star is rising. As it should.

I'm so happy I stumbled across this. I've been a fan of Guy Sebastian for years...he is one of the most talented artists to ever come out of Australia. Love him.
Love this song and your reaction!😊 Been lucky to have seen Guy perform live many times and he really is flawless.
A more recent song of his that really moved me was "standing with you" which is about depression and suicide. Very Important message in the lyrics. He wrote it after his cousin revealed his battle with mental illness. He also lost a band mate/close friend to suicide a few years ago.

Omg Ive never heard this version before! I knew he was amazing but wow this was even better. I can't believe anyone could say he uses autotune to sing so good. I remember him from Australian Idol and his first audition was amazing. He blew the judges away with how great he was. He was a natural from the start. I dont think Ive heard another voice like his

If you want to truly see Guys talent... find the videos of him on Australian Idol...... he rewrote 'It's a beautiful world' and blew Aussies minds..... which he continues to do. No autotune, he was a music teacher before his career in singing started.

Love Guy Sebastian, I have seen him live in Melbourne and he was amazing. Guy was also the first winner of Australian Idol. He is immensely talented & writes all his own music. He is a wonderful person and proudly talks about being a Christian.

There is a Brazilian guy called Gabriel Henrique give him a try. He does songs from Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston. The singer has a big range but my favorite is Dimash Kudaiberg. He's Asian and sings in 12 languages, plays about 7 instruments. Look for his version of ALL BY MYSELF and HE SHOW MuST GO ON. He did not know English at all when he sang them in a concert back 5 years ago or so.

Auto tune?? Guy DOES NOT need an autotune....because he can actually sing like a boss. Sounds just as good live as studio work, that's the sign of a truly great singer.
