It’s from a documentary program on Spain that aired on PBS (KCET Channel 28 in Los Angeles) in December 1985. Unfortunately, I didn’t tape the entire program. The program was one hour in length, and covered different aspects of Spanish society current at that time, from art and culture to politics. From Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, the program then moved on to focus on Basque separatism, so the subject matter was wide and varied. I wish I had more info to share.
