It's horrific that our culture treats ignorance or prejudice like it's akin to wanting to murder people. The worst thing you can be is not racist, it's evil. Someone's personal prejudices may not even affect how they treat other people. And such ignorance can be corrected with knowledge. But someone who directly acts to oppress and harm others has already arrived at causing harm. Racism is considered bad because it can lead to harming others. But being evil is even more directly correlated to harming others. Some racists are just misguided in their judgement about human racial differences, and have no desire to cause harm. But anyone who is an evildoer is actually committing evil acts. The reason for the aversion to racism is not that racial ignorance is intrinsically worse than other kinds of ignorance, it's that racism can turn to dehumanization or demonization of others. In other words, racism in it's full expression generally promotes evil. But people who are evil have already arrived at that point.

Skylander xD
Instead, he became crashlander.
That tiny moment when Homelander puts his arm around Ryan, its like he goes to kiss him then backs off.
1:06 is low-key the best expression of the season
Yh I think it is because whilst homelander may be evil racism is wrong on another level
@@balocke2063 Insanity. Being ignorant about the differences among people is not worse than being an evil mass murderer.
"But, I'm a man so, not in a while" Ryan's like yeah checks out
1:09 ok if homelander make a second to think you can tell she is worse then him.
1:08
“Bitch, what?” 😂
“I don’t really hate anyone”
“I hate you”
Homelander doesn't give a shit about his colour. He only cares about his supe status and now his son. At least he is not racist.
I love how she's so mad that even Homelander has to look at her like "... Quoi?"
you can really see Homelander being vulnerable about his past and feelings with Ryan, then masking it once he notices. Bros never been safe to be himself with anyone, or at least never felt he could.
Why does he looks like a dad trying to teach his son how to ride a bike.
don't be racist, be like homelander, hate all races equally
Makes you think if he's really a sociopath/psychopath or if he's just the product of his environment.
I think this kinda shows that Homelander could have been a normal and well adjusted person if he had lived a normal childhood. It's whiplash inducing to actually see him treat someone with genuine love and care
The main reason Homelander is a bad dad is because he doesn’t know what a good parental figure is, because he has never had one. He wants to give ryan a good childhood that he never had
even homelander finds racism stupid, he literally sees all humans as insects so it doesnt really phase him
The kid looks more like hughie and starlight's son
Exactly what i thought lol... especially the first few seconds
At least Homelander really loves his son and hates stormfront nazi ideology lol
@The Sans he’s a bad father however he did most definitely live his son and he only stood by storm fronts nazi ass after that because what’s he gonna do exactly argue with literally the first person who’s ever shown him actual love and affection this show clearly ain’t for woke people if you refuse to see the deep nature to his problematic ways
He doesn't hate it, he just doesn't care
@@r3digit nah he looked confused, like he knew she was spouting bullshit
To me, it looked like a competition on who manipulates him better
More like he doesn't stand by it but doesn't care enough to call her out because she's useful and adores him, the only things Homelander really cares about.
I can’t freaking tell if he actually cares and loves his son! Moments like this are very convincing
"Your the strongest man in the world"
Superman: "Go on.."
Homelander is superman, unless they do a time skip in Season 3 and make Ryan into Superman.
@@UndefinedBailiwick he's not superman. He's a pale imitation, like all the others out there like sentry , omegaman and etc
Na Superman is the original archetype of your ideally moral genuine good guy, million dollar smile chad-looking hero, Homelander is all that but with an interesting twist that being he’s a sociopath
@@abdalmuhsin393 thats because superman was actually raised in a loving environment homelander not so much
Dr Manhattan, yes go on
1:08 I love how even homelander is like "uhh... what?"
the tragic part is........ryan may have been the only real chance Homelander had at redemption through training him and ryan teaching him that yea they may be superior but thats why they need to actually protect normal people and care for them
You know you’re crazy when even homelander thinks you’re talking crazy 😭
**looks at the declination of the white race throughout Europe and the USA**
“must be a conspiracy theory! nothing wrong here!”
Superman: son you are gonna be the next Superman, when I'm dead.
Omnima: son we will exterminate the world together, if they do not, come with us.
Homelander:..... Chaos
Even Homelander’s distaste for Stormfront’s nazi bullshit is god damn hilarious
That’s why the wink right? Lol
I love how even homelander, the most psychotic superhero/villain to ever exist is like “what the fuck is this bitch talking about?”
Superman with a psycho narcissist twist
Seeing how homelander talked with his son really makes a part of me wish he doesn’t turn into comic book homelander and instead actually become a good father
but let’s be honest, this is the boys, and if you read the comic, you know damn well that there are no happy endings allowed in this universe
Welp, Hue ended up good)
Would be more interesting if he actually develops into a somewhat decent person but karma still catches up to him and he has a bad ending
@@giorgig4828 My prediction is that Homelander and Billy will realize they both want the same things...they both want to takedown Edgar and Vought. In the trailer Billy and Homelander are sitting at a table seemingly after a calm conversation bc Homelander is looking at him maybe in agreement, Billy smiles at him this is maybe the part when Billy and Homelander decide to team up.
@R a n g e r I disagree
It's really sad to see HL just wanting to be a dad, we've seen the character in so many dark lights it's to forget him being the way he is isn't totally his fault. And moments like this when he's trying really make you feel for him, like a tragic villain rather than pure evil.
Out of all that shit Homelander has done at least he's a good father
Crazy he’s actually a decent father here
Stormfront is so proud of her probable son/grandson/lover being fatherly to her probable grandson/great-grandson.
4:19 actually wholesome scene ❤
I love how it's an action figure of the deep that he's trying to get his son to laser. The way the Deep is just constantly shit on is amazing. I do think he may eventually have some sort of redemption. Save Annie's life or something.
Off all the things he chose deep's statue😂😂😂
Craziest thing is he’s raising his son better than he was raised even though he’s one of the most evil men alive
Even homelander was like alrightttt
1:07 even Homelander was like "tf she is talking about''
Imagine if someone hurt Ryan. God help them 😬
Homelander will laser them before they pray to god😂
Oh No No No No just Quiet!
I heard they killed him off in season 3.
Season 3 last episode now you know what happens when somebody hurts Ryan 😦
