My neighbor is 70 and he says avocados give him the soft smooth skin. Both almonds and avocados are majority monounsaturated fats. I have noticed that skin difference more with consuming lots of almonds. Never with avocados but I only binge on them about once a year. It's so pleasing to crunch down whole almonds with my front incisors, bite (chew with molars) repeatedly until each nut is history. I am really nuts for almonds.

Hallelujah There's voices of morality governed by God and voices of immorality...joyless MSM liars. Thank God people of color are fleeing the platform that caters to voices of immorality, sin, laziness and godless government communist dependence.
Jesus Christ meant what he said when he said I came to set the cabin Street the captives are being set free and the wicked voices of the Father of lies are angry and trying to manipulate people
God's going to destroy all these false tongues.
They're going to find themselves in situations of adversity they won't be able to do nothing about

If you’re watching depressing/scary/violent things, and listen to depressing music, you’ll be depressed. Enthusiasm doesnt come from food. Also, the words you use, and what you tell yourself will also defile you. Its all in the mind. But, schools wont teach you this

    Anatomy of shelled raw almonds:
Fresh almonds have a green velvety outer covering: similar to human hair.
Almond shells are covered with small pores and fine holes: similar to hair follicles on the human head.
Almonds can be a powerful brain food.
The green bark of almonds can be a powerful tonic for hair.
Almonds are heart-like and have texture and striations similar to heart muscles.
Almonds can strengthen the connection between the heart and the brain.
The heart is an organ associated with emotions.
Almonds can be beneficial for mental health.
    Functions of the skin
Provides a protective barrier against mechanical, thermal and physical injury and hazardous substances.
    Prevents loss of moisture.
Reduces harmful effects of UV radiation.
Acts as a sensory organ (touch, detects temperature).
    Helps regulate temperature.
An immune organ to detect infections etc.
    Production of vitamin D.
Shelled almonds consist of small pores.
The color of the almond bark is similar to the color of human skin.
Small holes on the almond bark resemble hair follicles on human skin.
Raw almonds can be useful for similar functions, just like human skin:
(Provides a protective barrier against mechanical, thermal and physical injury and hazardous substances.)
Almond bones can strengthen the skin and have a protective effect against toxins.
    (Prevents loss of moisture.)
    Almonds can maintain skin moisture.
(Reduces harmful effects of UV radiation.)
Almonds can protect the skin and body from harmful rays and radiation.
(Acts as a sensory organ) (touch, detects temperature).
Almonds can be beneficial for paralysis and relieve numbness in the body.
    (Helps regulate temperature.)
Almonds can increase resistance to cold.
(An immune organ to detect infections etc.)
Almonds can strengthen immunity and treat infections.
    (Production of vitamin D.)
Almonds are a source of vitamin D and can also increase the absorption of vitamin D.
    just conjecture.
    My personal experience:
I believe that hard-shelled raw almonds increase resistance to cold.

I love almonds! Although they do not necessarily have to be refrigerated when you have them on the go they should probably be refrigerated when you're not eating them. There are also more easily digestible if you soak them. Even better if you soak them long enough they actually sprout. They don't Sprout like something comes out of them like in Alfalfa or broccoli sprout, but they get a little change in their shape towards the tip. I also love adding almonds to red sauce even if I'm not making an official romesco sauce
