I soak 5 almonds with fennel seeds and dates in a cup of water and remove the skin in the morning and make almond milk of it. It is also yummy with raw organic cocoa powder as a hot chocolate once in a while. Much love. xx

Thx Doc. My analysis is simple. Taste the first almond and Eat it completely. Taste the second almond and eat , it will taste the same as the first. Don't eat the third , bcoz it will taste the same.as the other two. This will apply for any quantum of food - whether it is pieces of fruit, quantum of chocolates etc...... :)

Thanks for the video. About 15 years ago health scientists came up with what they called a polymeal. This was food you should eat regularly to prevent heart problems. And they mentioned 60-70g almonds every day. I have never read any doctor saying we should restrict daily intake of almonds to less than 10 which for me sound very little. What is the problem having about 60-70g every day?

I eat 160 almonds a day but I also know that 10-15% of all calories won't be stored as fat and I also know that 20% of almonds eaten is used as energy by the body to break food up. Therefore I am left with about 750 calories for 200 grams.
Peanuts have the same amount of nutrients as Almonds, in similar weight. However, do not use peanuts if someone is allergic to it. Check with your allergy Specialist.

@John Smith , 1 almond = 5mg oxalate. Above 50mg oxalate dose likely to give you stones so stick to low dose of oxalate.
