Little known fact: The gentleman who died after being ejected through his sunroof is the only documented case of the highly rare Manual-erotic asphyxiation. (Or “The hung squared misadventure death” in some reports.) He didn’t actually die from impact. He was driving a stick shift and upon ejection the seatbelt tore off with him. one end of the seatbelt wrapped around his neck and the other wrapped around a branch in a nearby tree. Hung while he was hung. Tragic.

27:00 the impedance on vintage electronics was much higher than modern electronics. Thus the vintage tv needed much more voltage to make the signal for the headphones to work. @@kovacs88 One way to remember the difference between crocodiles and alligators might very well be to realize that only the crocodile has been featured in an historically-recorded Public Sporting Event, and never the alligator.
In fact, the last known recorded report of any such Crocodilically-Centered Sporting Event at all in the history of mankind appears to have been first heard in public beginning on the date of 6 October 1980, which date also happens to mark the release of the first-ever album-track live audio record of the Final of the "Men's Being-Eaten-By-A-Crocodile Event", along with other similar such tracks, and containing arguably the only originally-so-documented example of said aforementioned event in the entire recorded history of the known world -- and which apparently ended up being the final one given as such on that day: and that, of course, by Brian Goebbels in Paris, France; no less.

@@kovacs88 It took me a while to tell the difference but I usually can tell by the snout. Crocs are lighter in color and have a V-shaped snout and more teeth are exposed when their mouths are closed. Gators are darker with a U-shaped snout. Crocs are aggressive and considered maneaters who will attack and kill without provocation. Alligators are far less aggressive and in most cases will not attack/kill a human unless provoked or someone gets too close to a female's nest. If you keep a safe distance and don't provoke an alligator it will go about its business. When people feed alligators, they become more dangerous because they lose their natural fear and will approach a human expecting to be fed.

On the hand grenades, they definitely pulled the pin because a hand grenade spoon is spring loaded, so it would have already exploded. Pulling the pin out of a grenade will let the spoon release and al it takes is to release a small amount of pressure to let the firing mechanism to trigger. The spoon doesn't have to be completely removed for the grenade to explode.

The guy who electrocuted himself was biting the wire to separate it. The guy with the fire works was holding it over his head and when it went off it sent the charge up and the base of the firework into his head. It’s physics, for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. That’s why you are supposed to set the fire works on the ground. The ground will push back harder than empty space will.

We have consumer grade mortar fireworks in the states which are considered class C. A mortar is launched from an enclosed tube (on one end) otherwise the mortar wouldn’t go anywhere. If you ever lit off a class C mortar firework, you know how much pressure is made when the firework is launched from that tube! You can hear and feel it! That’s before the firework explodes in the sky! That guy used a commercial grade firework! That’s a canon over his head! There’s a reason they are lit off the ground! The extreme pressure from the firework blew off the bottom which is what killed him. As someone that has lit literally thousands of fireworks, even though they are just class C I’ve seen the power they create and I’ve seen extremely study tubes get blown up on the ground!

This has nothing to do with the video but with Dave's wacky trigger by the handclap. My mother HATED to be tapped as small children do. We all learned very early on NOT to tap. None of her six daughters could abide it, either. She passed on that intense, over-reaction to a simple tap. I have a very clear memory of my cousin Dee, age about 4 or 5, standing next to my mother at a family gathering, where a bunch of the adults were playing cards. There was a lot of noise anyway, with the crowd, and Dee (the youngest of 8, btw) was tapping mom's arm, over and over, saying, "Aint Enda" (her version of "Aunt Edna," over and over. It was only a very short time - probably two repeats, before mom whipped her head toward Dee and yelled, "WHADDAYA WANT??" Poor Dee jumped back a foot and the entire room got quiet. As I'm only 2 years older than Dee, that's all I remember of the incident. :) I bet her inlaws (my aunts and uncles) had plenty to say about mom after that!

With the firework they said the base was launched downwards. It wasn't just a rocket on a stick that you put in the ground, instead it had a base that was supposed to stay on the ground, so when the firework launched the actual firework was launched upwards whilst the base was launched downwards and the base launching downwards, probably with considerable force, was what killed him by the sounds of it.

It's been a long time since I have thought about this story but the air compressor story reminded me of it.
Probably 30 years ago i was on a bowling league with a doctor that worked in the local ER. He would always tell us stories about strange things he would see. One week he tells us about a guy that was rushed into the hospital with an obstruction in his recrum. It turned out the him and his boyfriend had inserted a ping pong ball and lost control of the ball.
Rather than waiting for it to pass they decided to take a cardboard paper towel roll and pour fast setting concrete into his rectum. Thinking it would attach to the ball and they could pull it all out at once.
Needless to say it didn't work out that way and the guy almost died. As it was they had to remove a good portion of his large intestine and he had to have a colostomy bag.
So i guess it goes to show that neither compressed air nor concrete are good for you.

Then it was said that in various languages there was a warning to leave the windows up. Was the German language included? Rather unlikely. And here it is assumed that the two must have been able to speak English. As a 70-year-old German, it is rather unlikely to be able to speak English.
Another possibility is that the people who give the tours did not want to be sued by the bereaved. That these safety briefings did not take place or did not take place sufficiently. That there was negligence on the part of the operators. Who's going to prove the opposite? The 2 it concerns are dead and everyone else can say what they want without witnesses.
