    I am a diabetic since 30 years and I am now 70. Since 5 months i totally converted to millets and using 8 millets daily in rotation and overall result including diabetes excellent. It is really super food and I think even diabetes also comes to normal I am expermenting. that also

      I am using it in a simple way. The millets I am using in rotation Little Khodo Barnyard Foxtail and Brown top besides Jowar Bajra and mixed millet ready khadak Rotties available in place chapathi. As I am vegetarian and alone using in my house in a simple way preparation.
      Ypu can go through you tube for dishes and way of using. If you don't mind I will forward my M No to explain simple way of using.

    I am using millets as suggested by Dr khader and my fatty liver is completely reversed from stage 3 and enlargement has reduced to normal size,it has something called as lignans which will destroy cancer cells and you cannot grade a food based just on carbs, protein and fats though it looks same on your laboratories it still has lot of different characteristics,I have a huge respect on you but you need to do a through research before presenting things,thank you!looking at food just as fibre,carbs and protein is just a limited narrow view of western sciences!

    Sir, as you said millets are having lots of fibre which helps in bowel movement. But it also helps in absorbing sugar in the food and hence it is useful for diabetic patients. Also Just like that we cannot equate between them. Thank you.

    Millets are far better than white rice.one can for get their sugar level.It will be normal.you can check sugar level in the blood once in a month.
