Spent 23 years in Utah. Beautiful mountain lakes and streams that I did not take for granted and took my kids often. Reminds me of great times above Tibble and Joes Valley.
@@Bigburda My son has been visiting Family this past month and celebrating his 18th bday back in Utah and has fished several different places so far. Lil bit envious I missed a Joes Valley trip.
@@billyllewis Was stationed at Hill AFB Utah 1980-1983 and fly-fished the Weber River countless times. Experienced many joys throughout my military career…this was one of them!

This is what dreams are made of. Wife, kids and our own beautiful fishing hole for a day or two weeks would sure be amazing! Thanks for the beautiful video.

This is crazy! Just popped up on my suggested. Literally was there last august. Such a cool place. I have a video on my channel of the whole trip. Cool content man
Seriously? Where is this place? I was a little skeptical because 12,000 feet is WAY up there and the air really thin. What kind of fish lives that high? Thanks
@@donarthiazi2443 Flying fish, duhh... No, joking. Probably some mountain trout or other sorts you might find at lower altitude mountains. But I found this on google: "The highest living fish is the Tibetan loach (family Cobitidae), found at an altitude of 5,200 m (17,060 ft) in the Himalayas." - So that's quite abit higher than this.
I’ve went fly fishing with a good friend back in the day and it was a amazing experience. The group of dads who took us used to go on a yearly trip to Montana or Colorado I forget which. I can see why. Beautiful spot.
I know this lake and yes, the cutties can be quite a lot of fun. My favorite Alpine lake is just a bit west of this one and the peaks are also fun to climb. Cool!
Beautiful! Tight lines brother!
Some anglers just won’t appreciate this as much as they should. Very nice!
