In terms of setting up the thermometer to operate, this video is about as useful as the mystifying instructions that came with the Chinese-made device. This was 8 1/2 minutes of my life I'll never get back. If anybody out there knows how to program this AMIR device, please let me know. Thanks...
@@rwk1951 Thank you for your polite response to my rather caustic post. I had been banging my head against the wall for 3 hours, trying to program this !@#%$ thermometer, when I ran across your video, thinking: "Finally! I'll be led out of the darkness." Thing is, I somehow programed this device 2 years ago for my two little greenhouses--in spite of the Chinese-English instructions. When I recently replaced the batteries, I had to reprogram the thing, and I neither remember how I did it the first time, nor do I still have the nearly useless instructions. Anyway, I apologize for my original post; I've found a couple of other videos that'll lead me out of my darkness...
For those asking, to pair the sensors and the main unit. Take the batteries out of the main unit. The temperature area will blink with 3 dashes until the sensor checks in (you'll see red LED flash) and then the temperature will be set. I took the batteries out of one of my sensors for a few days and found that it wasn't re-pairing after putting them back in. But removing the main unit batteries and immediately putting them back in resolved the issue.

Did you mention how to set it up?!

What a waste of time this dude talked more about his fridge and never showed how to set this up!!!!
Why does the left hand number flash? No oneseems to touch on it.
How long will the batteries last for the sensors
