    I struggle so much to get motivated, feel well enough to accomplish any task, work through my pain even for 5 minutes, work through my anxiety or get enough done so it doesn't cause anxiety 🙃
    So I purchased both of your adaptive packages. I'm taking it slow and steady. I've accomplished your top to do items everyday, laundry & dishes. Today I pushed a bit harder and was able to also really clean & sanitize the kitchen sinks and counters as well as I started laundering all the household blankets & throws and then got them folded and put away. I also started to organize my bedroom linens that have been sitting in a pile on my vanity. 🙈 I've learned that a "pile" attracts more to join in on the pile party 🥳!!!
    It's an honest to goodness real struggle but after watching this video I'm going for broke tomorrow to organize that one cluttered catchall countertop and it shall be conquered tomorrow! 💪🏼👊🏼🙆🏼‍♀️

      Absolutely! The hardest part of chores for me is the irrational idea that I'm the only one doing the necessary but boring work. I feel better when I know others are working too!
