Paint bucket tool only appears when you have 'CLOSED' vector area which you can fill in. It's available for all. Don't worry 😅

As soon as you Flatten, Text is converted to Vector Path. Maybe that's why :)

Just Undo 😅 Its destructible action hence can not be undone later like Boolean groups.
