I don't if some of y'all have misunderstood the point of the video but the bottom line is STAY AWAY FROM ALL FORMS OF SKIN WHITENING. Stay away from glutathione (pills and injections) and definitely stay away from whitening creams. Nothing good comes out of skin whitening, especially long term. Do yourself a favor and embrace your skin colour and try to achieve healthy skin, not white skin.

I forgot to mention this part in the video - what can you do if you have actual skin problems such as pigmentation, dark spots, uneven skintone? Theres lots of treatments such as laser, chemical peels which can be done by a dermatologist. You can also make significant improvements to your skin tone by making lifestyle changes. drink plenty of water, eat a healthy diet consisting of fresh fruits and vegetables, exercise on a regular basis etc. Also be sure to scrub your body regularly in order to remove dead skin cells and ALWAYS wear sunscreen when you head outside.

You should see a dermatologist to treat melasma. There's plenty of highly effective treatments! Bio oil may work but make sure it's the authentic product, there's a lot of fake ones

I'm not too familiar with that brand but glutathione applied topically isn't really that effective. I'd recommend using products containing ingredients like niacinamide, retinol, arbutin, lactic acid etc
