Because the first line of the song should be given to those who can deliver it with impact, like Jennie, Karina, etc. The pd have prior knowledge that Seuwon is great starter, until they heard Elisia. So they even wanna take that part away from Seuwon that's why she cried.
bruh, there's a possibility that they are going to give the line to Elisia or someone else in the group who reached the standards of the producer in the recording until Seowon cried
They wanna give it to Elisia so bad based on their reaction to Elisia's singing.but since Seowon cried, they felt bad and decided to let her have it but with a condition.
Filipino contestants are something. Of course their vocals are top-notched but their presence give the other trainees an intimidation. Elisia is just that girl, Gehlee is a center potential, and Aya a stan attractor. It think its the power they get from eating adobo wth.
Energy is what you're looking for in terms of Gehlee. She absolutely killed her solo parts and her vocals were the best of the group, but when she's in the background, her dance was not effortless and needed more energy. By the end she was definitely getting visibly tired, so it's obviously an energy reserve thing. If she keeps working on it, she can develop that endurance and have more energy to put into her dancing.
I suspect that the judges want to pick Lim Seowon as the center because she is 12, has a backstory of being a "destined to debut" and that they basically want her to become the "next Wonyoung" (she has also "won" in her name) and she is overall a producer's favorite.
I dont think she is tue producer's favorite.I think she is the korean netizen's favorite but watching the show,I think their favorites are Elisia ,Nana and Gehlee.they got a LOT of screen time and always looked the best among their respective groups.
This was probably ur best review thus far and I agree with a lot of points. Thanks for commending Aya Natsumi, as even though producers tried to edit her out of this show, her powerful performance this ep really got her name out. Its BS that she was eliminated with Yewon on the same episode though. Also, regarding what you said at 15:45. Little Seowon can actually speak English🤣. There are clips of her speaking english before on the behind the scenes of Universe Ticket. I guess it was just a matter of pride cause she was outshined by Elisia during the recordings, which is prob why she was hesitant to ask (Which makes sense cause she is 12 💀, so she just tried copying Elisia right beside her lol )
Yup, I heard Seowon spoke to Elisia in English in earlier episodes. Seowon can also sing in English as seen in this video: ua-cam.com/video/ptBW0jh8b8c/v-deo.htmlsi=caAyu8VxSBA_aovq
About Gehlee Dangca, I understand where you are coming from in regard to her performance. I think what she lacks is power in her moves. Also, she looked like she felt bad about her low ranking and maybe that affected her stage presence. But since she's promoted I hope it will boost her confidence in her next performance.
I agree. Opportunity does not wait for you so grab it when it presents itself, especially when Filos have a harder time penetrating the kpop industry unlike other SE Asians like Thais who for some reason have it so much easier to enter.
Aya Natsumi was just a collateral damage, The show knows or atleast realized that if all the SEA lines will be eliminated except of the Filo lineup (Aya Natsumi, Geehlee, Elisia, Hyeonju* if you consider half filipino) it will look like they are favoring only filo line, so they at least have to eliminate one in the Filo lineup to atleast get viewership in other SEA countries. Aya deserved better.
I agree. Unfortunately all the Filo contestants suffered the mistake of being all too good in my opinion. Hopefully other companies pick-up the losing Filo contestants.
There were SEA contestants that were also really talented and skilled, like Vu Linh Dan from Vietnam, but unfortunately they didn’t get enough votes to make it through. I think I heard about a Thai contestant who did make it (along with another girl) but they couldn’t continue with the show since they had troubles with their traveling ticket-or something like that. The producers also showed a bit of biasness by giving Gehlee and Elisia a lot of screen time over the other SEA contestants, so we weren’t able to form a better opinion on those contestants.
Gehlee and Elisia will both debut my fearless prediction. they’re just both too good! especially that Gehlee pointing finger move that only an IT girl persona can pulled off like her! I’m totally floored!🙂
it’s upsetting that they advertise this group as a global girl group but we have two SEA left (three if we include hyeonju) but i already accepted that it will be composed of koreans, japanese, and probably one token filipina just for diversity points. they keep using elisia and gehlee because they are currently the most popular in terms of viewership now that they cut off all other SEA girls. there’s a part of me that wish none of the two make it into the finals because 1) they’re both minors 2) formal training would elevate them 3) i want them to debut together and 4) im iffy about the company handling the future group. but the backlash would be huge if none of these two make it. after the stunt they pulled of immediately eliminating half of the contestants then dropping off the rest of the SEA girls. i just hope and pray none of the 12 year olds make it but the lim seowon support is crazy. if you give them a few years i wouldn’t mind seeing seowon and elisia in a group, they seem to like each other’s presence beyond competition. but yeah no doubt the group will consist of minors. atp, im just praying they can protect these young girls. also, insightful video. unfortunate that someone’s trying to profit off of you through cheap means. ill be looking out for the contestants you mentioned.
I agree Narumi, she better debut in this survival show (given they're going for girl crush concept) or outside of it soon! She is everything, Dance, body, height, charisma, vocals, Korean language skills, and leadership skills. She could be the next Doyeon.
They're gonna debut 7 minors and a adult as a leader to lead the minors! This is my prediction that either narumi or yeonju was going to debut , there's a reason why they let 12 years old to audition cause they wanted to make a newjeans global girl group wannabe! The way their trajectory now gets rid of adults even if they are super talented they don't care about it.
Now that you've made some points, I agree that it's okay if both Gehlee and Elisia don't make it at all. They still need a few years to get some refinement, even though you did mention Elisia being the most debut-ready. I would like both of them to get some training at proper, even well-known companies so that they can be taken care of better and get better polished.
I cannot believe Forever lost to Highway just because of the impact of the song. Girl crush against Refreshing concept. Also, F&F (The entertainment sponsoring this show) is trying their best to save Yunha (their only trainee) from elimination. Because she would have been eliminated early if she didn't get the Unicorn Ticket because her public votes was so low. It backs up the whole Top 8 was alreasy chosen even the show began theory.
Let’s be real high way did way better! They stood out the most with stage presence, dancing, vocals and each member shined! But from forever team only few members stood out and daeun had a crack on her vocals! So I do agree with judges and most people do even if the concept was girl crush, highway team carried really well with no difficulties bc the song itself has hard choreo w high vocals!
@@Ari..0x No, Whateva showed a preview of what a real trained GG is like. Highway had a better impact, but had weaker vocals, less complicated dance moves than a cute song, and irl GGs don't have equal line distribution, especially if you're 8 in the group. That's why it was better, and the views show it. It's not like the eliminated ones were bad either.
it’s also just an extreme red flag that this company & producers even want 16-12 year olds in the group. especially since this’ll probably be their first group ever… and this group is temporary. besides that, i think the younger girls’ careers would benefit more by being in a company, getting training, & debuting in a few years rather than wasting their tween years doing wtv the fuck that company wants them doing.
Thank you so much for these analyses! These really help me understand the goal of the producers better and to see which contestants are worth voting for. Happy Holidays and keep up the amazing work!
Nah Gehlee and Elisia are too powerful. They need a big stable fanbase for their group to debut to make sure they'll have a great global group and already set fanbase. The judges and producers know very well Philippines is the best country to be at when it comes to concerts, fan meetings and fanbase. They'll debut both. Just look at their youtube vids, Elisia and Gehlee contents are always landslide more than any of the girls, they already have more views than most kpop groups contents. In this digital age, social media power is the #1 thing for marketing and business stability.
i feel like gehlee is getting the sohye treatment with all her screentimes. they're def following her on the show to give her the "improvement" advantage.
21:49 As someone who tends to gravitate towards mixed and deeper vocals, we do indeed need to study that (and their obssesion with only focusing on high notes when it comes to vocals)
Honestly idk what they are even doing at this point ... probably the messiest survival show of all time. Lee sunwoo and hyeonju are the last hope for the future group if they want to be taken seriously cuz wtf
In my opinion, Suah performed so bad in this stage. She lacks facial expression, emotion in her voice, and she lacks the ability to understand the songs assigned to her. She should have been eliminated ages ago.
Amazing analysis! Agree with the almost of your critiques/opinions, I'll be watching the show closely to see if your predictions comes true because your analysis with their age, screen time, song arrangement, storylines makes sense, still, I'll be rooting for my favorite contestants while complaining on how the producers run the show 😂. Keep making analysis videos please, I love hearing actual methological thoughts in each episodes since your actually taking in the show rather than just watching it. Praises and congratulations in tweets and comments actually gets tiring to hear.
I am literally so confused with the voting and everything with the show I’m super disappointed hyeonju didn’t get the main part and instead upped the key I would’ve loved to see her perform that part I really hope she makes it because I know that if she debuted she’d be seen as more than the leader like the show is trying to make her and the older girls as and as a talented idol! I hope the older girls make it they deserve to be more than just a struggle or leader story line
With this elimination, yes they are very clearly pushing for a young group and do not want most of the adults. From my original top 8, I have 3 girls left (Jeon Jinyeong, Bae Haram and Yona) My current top is Jeon Jinyeong, Lee Sunwoo, Bae Haram, Yona, Kim Soobin, Narumi, Gehlee Dangca and Nana. At least average age is still over 18 I guess.....
yea the judges are either biased or producers are telling them what to say. it’s why even tho i understood what sejeong was saying to chaewon, i immediately clocked it as either they’re setting her up for an improvement storyline or they’re setting her up for a future elimination bc they don’t want her in the group.
Im so pissed off aya was eliminated, when in fact she outdid outperformed outsang sua in every angle. I dont know what the producers or judges are trying to do, i CANT with this show anymore. SBS UNIVERSE TICKET, STOP ELIMINATING DESERVING GIRLS...
I feel so sorry for the older contestants, especially those who have already debuted, and see this show as their last chance, put all this effort into the show only to be booted out early on because the producers just want children. Giving them false hope and making them work for nothing. It's sad as well because you can already see how much of an impact the pressure of this show is having on the young contestants with some of them being given "jealous", "individual players" or "not hardworking enough" storylines when they're literally children doing their best.
You just summed up everything I felt about this show. I'm so close to dropping this show with how much they're pushing the minors and eliminating the talented older contestants
Sieun Nana Kotoko Sewon Gabi Gehlee Elisia sua They are sure going to debut.judge and SbB also choos for debut members so they let eliminate to other talent girls💔
It's pretty obvious who the producers want to be in the final lineup .............😕😕 I mean showing the story of only 1 girl as someone overcoming her problem while the other as someone lazy or not talented enough..while the rest of the members are non existent....... I feel bad for those who got eliminated but literally are the only ones who carried major part of the song........ Having popularity is important..but if the producers could promote those with talent also... surely popularity will follow🥲🥲 I really agree with everything you've said💯💯
I honestly feel like Yewon and Aya should have stayed not eliminated... Those 2 clearly stood out to me in the performance, Sua didnt really make an impact on me just those specific 2...
I am cheering for Yuri but I feel like she is invisible to a lot of people. She gets no screen time and no attention, but she is so talented and I love her voice and dance. Please consider voting for her!
The wow factor of having a butt ton of contestants has been lost since the produce series. At this point, just start off with less contestants so weaker trainees don't need to waste their time! Just look at dream academy which started off with less contestants and a focus on quality - their debut group has in my opinion one of if not the strongest survival show debut group in recent history!
minari and natsumi made the performance a PERFORMANCE i was so mad at the show. ALSO MY FAV UNIVERSE TICKET TRAINEE KIM SOOBIN DESERVED SOOO MUCH BETTER. SHE CARRIED BOTH THE SONGS SHE WAS IN (she had most lines in both and best lines in both) JUSTICE FOR KIM SOOBIN
Sorry to be a downer, but i really do think voting in this show is an afterthought, they havent specified how the votes move the girls up a tier and how that weighs against judges votes. It all seems like they have a set line up in mind, and every round of competitions is an elaborate culling of certain contestants until they get their desired lineup. My guess is they want 5 Koreans, 2 Japanese and 1 SEA lineup, whereas the voters are steering the lineup into being 4-2-2 lineup. The PDs know how bad the optics are of having Kwon Chaewon (24) potentially ending up as a leader of a group with Lim Seowon (12) and moved fast to get rid of her, but im wondering if anyone above 17 will even be allowed to debut at this rate.
I think the age question is a very grey area. Kids with a lot of potential/talent require different environment/stimulus. I think outside of shows like these there are limited opportunities to create the kind of environment that teaches the younger contestants the lessons that someone is always better than you and sometimes things don't go your way. This isn't an experience or a lesson they can gain by not being in the environment that tests or challenges their talents. Now the question of whether it's ethical to debut minors, I guess we'll have to discuss what makes it ok for child actors, junior athletes or musicians to compete/work and but not idols. Because I don't flinch when I hear about a 7 year old pianists crushing it at prestigious piano competitions but have some reservations about seeing these 12 and 14 yr olds on the show. Which, under both conditions kids are sacrificing play time, friendships, and risking heartbreak and disappointment. I haven't been able to articulate why one is ok and the other makes me purse my lips. Even though both practice are for entertainment purposes. Somehow, piano at 7yo is ok, but singing and dancing at 12/14 yo is not. Is it because piano is more "noble" and being an idol is seen as a caprice? I don't know. Maybe someone can articulate this better 😅
Have the same sentiments with regard to child actors, child performers and child athletes too. If they are passionate and good at something, do they need to delay it when they are at an age or at a circumstance that they can no longer use their skills at all? What minors need are proper guidance (physically, emotionally etc.) while working at their craft. They auditioned in the first place, I doubt their parents don't know their plans at all. If the agency and parents together cannot provide these support, that's when I think we need to start talking.
Completely different fields with completely different standards. The only one being an idol is mildly comparable with is being a child athlete but at least they stay in school\get home schooled?? Same with musicians and actors. And keep in mind their have been countless warnings when it has come to children in certain athletic fields due to the health issues they could cause. So many idols just stopped their education to focus on their career. I get how you can come to that argument, but it has too many holes to be used as a valid point.
Looking at it from an agency perspective... It would be crazy to pass up on the oppurtunity to sign seowon, kotoko, sieun and gehlee to a degree.. Newjeans' is just so well managed with great songs and choreo - we can cast toddlers and still not keep up. Dont get the yona hype.. tone isnt that interesting - but is she the only chinese contestant left..? Narumi reminds me of AS gahee, great but shes competing with nana for that 2nd japanese spot. Also, doesnt seem to fit exactly with a seowon centric aesthetic. Cant help but think, people cheering on seowon, sujin, eunchae to debut are 12yr olds themselves. Seowon and sujin particularly seem to need time off camera.. Sieuns thousand yard stare and idgaf interviews are magnificent to me :p Didn't notice the rush hour mix issue until you pointed it out
I am surprised Sua still survived,. Even Sua sang better than her. It's sad they let go instead of Sua. And Aya Natsumi, she's so good here. It makes me believe they wanted to push Sua. No hate on the girl all I am saying the older members did better.
Your analysis was on par with I have speculated ever since they released the voting ℅ in their official page. Almost all of what you've said was most likely the reason of the recent results. I also believe thay they have to make up this immediate system to have the judges the chance to eliminate contestants that are dominating the public voting but are not the ideal candidates for their final lineup. After this mission, I think they would allow public voting again. (Since the shift is on their favors now)
I know the feeling that most of your bet didn't advance to the next level, but don't forget this will be the first idol girl group of SBS and I think they want to capture young audience to make the group keep long run after 2years of contract.. I understand that you prefer more matured idol, but this is business if they will not go to the market demands they will not be marketable and I think they will pick a girl who is marketable, talented and more younger.
Lipsync never crossed my mind watching Rush Hour until I watch the line distribution video yesterday and realised that very low vocal from Nizi and went to watch her fancam. That's when I realised how heavy the backing track is.
i love seowon and i will defend her from the annoying sheeps who keeps on bullying her for having human emotions! but as much as she is super talented and debut-ready, she shouldn't debut in such a fast-paced and stressful industry where she won't be able to enjoy very crucial parts of her life (just a reminder that she's literally a middle schooler).
This will be a long rant, be warned: I definitely agree with you regarding Aya Natsumi, I really enjoyed her parts in their performance and I was really confused when the judges didn't praise her vocals and stage presence at all. I was even shocked when she got eliminated, for me she had one of the most catchy voice in the show. Regarding the Bae sisters, I don't understand why the show is making Yeram seem like the better sister because truthfully, Haram continues to surprise me in every performance no matter how small her part was. Yeram seemed alright in my eyes but when I saw her get to the high ranks while Haram gets to the average? Suddenly I'm confusion. I wouldn't be this confused if they both went to the high ranks but no, it did not happen. Also I'm typing this based on what I remember so correct me if I'm wrong on something. I don't know when would the girls debut after the show, I had been hoping they get atleast 2-3 years of preparation? Because as you said they're still young. I also prefer the WHATEVA perfromance over rush hour but I kind of understand why the judges pick rush hour, that is until I watched your video and I rewatched their performance. Just imagine my disappointment when I finally noticed how heavy the back track was. Since the other groups performed live with a little bit of backtrack, I thought it will be the same with rush hour so if I noticed anything at first I didn't think too much of it, but now I just want to take back the praises I gave the group. Especially to Sujin, she was the most outstanding in my eyes but now i don't even know, its not her fault, I blame the ones in charge. Gehlee Danca truly does need some more training but her stage presence just makes you want to cheer for her despite her lacking skills. I agree that there are better candidates to debut but I would really want to see Gehlee debut, maybe not as a center but as the main vocalist. She definitely makes good use of her parts to shine but when its not her turn you just cant feel her. Unlike Elisia who shines throughout the whole performance, Gehlee shrinks whenever its not her turn. I love Gehlee, she's definitely in my top 8 but as you said, Im still expecting more from her. Regarding the attitude of the younger ones in the show, it definitely ticks me off, not gonna lie and I understand that they're still young and I know the producers are just editing some of the scenes to make it seem like they're just spoiled brats. But I hope they learn from critism, I curse the whole show for putting them through that but I also believe that some kids need to figure out the reality of the business industry. I know Im being unfair to literal children but there are older candidates who struggle to survive in the show while the younger ones are taking this as a game, as a stepping stone. I don't mind a confident girl but confidence is different from pride. I also don't mind a girl who acts cute but I dont like a girl over exaggerates it to get sympathy. Again, I know I'm being unfair about this and I think Im running on emotions here, so please tell me if I had crossed the line there. Lastly, just my opinion but I kind of preferred the twinkle team over the highway team. At first I liked rush hour better but after finding out about the backtrack, I think I'd rather prefer team Twinkle. For me they both had the impact and the stage presence but vocal wise the twinkle team still lacks a bit in that area, especially on live perfromance. Also this is just a biased opinion because I really like Nana and Haram, I believe they deserve better especially Haram.
YONA IS REALLY TALENTED AND I HOPE SHE COULD DEBUT TO BETTER COMPANIES.SHE HAD A LOT OF OPPORTUNITIES AND TIME TO SHINE IN THE SHOW FOR EXAMPLE IN THE NAN PERFORMANCE. BUT I BELIEVE GEHLEE DESERVE THE PROMOTION, YES SHE NEED TO IMPROVE BUT SHE HAD THE STAR QUALITY THAT MANY IDOLS DO NOT HAVE. AND THE NAN PERFORMANCE IS JUST ONE EXAMPLE HOW SHE WAS ABLE TO IMPACT EVERYONE. AND THE SHOW ALSO WANTED TO PROVIDE GOOD STORYLINE AND BREAKTHROUGHS, AND I BELIEVE GEHLEE'S STORY IS REALLY APPEALING.
Honesty I am just scared for the way the industry will treat the debut group considering they're so young especially after the min heejin thing with new jeans
Gehlee Dangca was a producer pick, especially until her performance in Nan. She was given a whole ass intro in Episode 1 😂 and given an improvement arc for her Nan performance. They slowed down her screentime at the end tho
because of your video, my top 8 really changed. forgot how some of them are damn so young. and i agree they really put the spotlight to the young ones highlighting as talented. and most of them are my original top 8 but now i am actually having thoughts about my choices lol.
As i watched it rn, you're spitting facts 😆 i dunno we have same opinions in the show and you actually pick the actual debutants at this point of episode.. I mean the half of it 😆
Wishing all the best for the debuting team, I wish they could get good songs to match up with the list of popular groups now. From what I see, that's the problem of all survival shows except Mnet's Produce/Planet series.
7:47 I feel the same way towards Gehlee, I think what's missing from her, is her passion. She always perform these songs almost like it's a requirement, it honestly makes me believe that this isn't her dream in the first place. I just don't see that love and passion in becoming an idol, therefore the stage is always lacking. Maybe it's just me Also, I came across Kstats' universe ticket video but never watched it, shocked that they were stealing from you. I just appreciated your videos more, and how "human" it is. I like how you have your own opinions and stick with it, even if I don't agree with it or if it's unpopular :))
I beg to disagree... she was train for pageants and singing so she has little experience in dancing... but for stage presence I beg to disagree that she has a little and her sleepy eyes must be why you thought that she has no passion and also her movements that still needs more training... but what do you expect when she is really a beginner in dancing... but my eyes always lean on her when she perform... she is graceful and very determine... she just needs more time for the dancing and personally I don't care if sbs will let her debut because I know that she has a lot of potentials and she can easily choose pageantry route and I like her to be our future miss universe ph representative
I don't think so. She's lacking on the dancing part that's why she can't give that power because she's careful she won't mess up the choreo, given that she doesn't have a background in dancing. What I see in her is that she carried her exp in pageantry that's why her actions are soft. That's what I really like about her.
I had hoped that they will form 2 new groups.. minors and the older ones (18 and above).. I enjoyed the performances of those older.. all the cute minors are best for cutsey production.. they should not be twerking on air and should have a separate category and set of contestants and not subject them to emotional trauma.. goodness, the production is so merciless.. I hope they had a psychiatrist or psychologist checking up on them every week (sponsored by the show)
Keeping sua in the show instead of aya and reil is missed up movement, always putting yeram above her sister is also annoying they both good why the drama
I feel like it would be better for Elisia to leave UT. Since she showed a lot of her skills in the show and has a history of being recruited by different agencies, she would have a lot of better opportunies when she leaves UT because then, a lot of companies would be fighting to sign a contract with her.
it's funny how the producers gave the Seowon the "What you know about love? Saying I'm too young' line cause girl is TWELVE YEARS OLD
To be fair, they did want to change it. Had she not started crying, I'm sure it would have gone to someone else.
😂
Because the first line of the song should be given to those who can deliver it with impact, like Jennie, Karina, etc. The pd have prior knowledge that Seuwon is great starter, until they heard Elisia. So they even wanna take that part away from Seuwon that's why she cried.

The producer love for sua is insane, she has lacked talent since the first 3 episodes, and yet she is still picked over the ones with actual talent.
ELISIA NEED THIS CHANCE. DEBUTING IN SOUTH KOREA IS EXTRA HARD FOR A FILIPINA. SHE SHOULD MAKE IT AND NOT WAIT.

it’s upsetting that they advertise this group as a global girl group but we have two SEA left (three if we include hyeonju) but i already accepted that it will be composed of koreans, japanese, and probably one token filipina just for diversity points. they keep using elisia and gehlee because they are currently the most popular in terms of viewership now that they cut off all other SEA girls. there’s a part of me that wish none of the two make it into the finals because 1) they’re both minors 2) formal training would elevate them 3) i want them to debut together and 4) im iffy about the company handling the future group. but the backlash would be huge if none of these two make it. after the stunt they pulled of immediately eliminating half of the contestants then dropping off the rest of the SEA girls. i just hope and pray none of the 12 year olds make it but the lim seowon support is crazy. if you give them a few years i wouldn’t mind seeing seowon and elisia in a group, they seem to like each other’s presence beyond competition. but yeah no doubt the group will consist of minors. atp, im just praying they can protect these young girls. also, insightful video. unfortunate that someone’s trying to profit off of you through cheap means. ill be looking out for the contestants you mentioned.
I agree Narumi, she better debut in this survival show (given they're going for girl crush concept) or outside of it soon! She is everything, Dance, body, height, charisma, vocals, Korean language skills, and leadership skills. She could be the next Doyeon.
Half the girls on the show have a bedtime earlier than that LOL that made me laugh so hard for some reason cause... so true.
Wow you were on spot
Damn you were so righttt
@@OxygenC2the judges themselves admitted that Forever group was more cohesive as a group.
Still crying for aya to this day she didn’t deserve to get eliminated her performance is amazing 😭
it’s also just an extreme red flag that this company & producers even want 16-12 year olds in the group. especially since this’ll probably be their first group ever… and this group is temporary. besides that, i think the younger girls’ careers would benefit more by being in a company, getting training, & debuting in a few years rather than wasting their tween years doing wtv the fuck that company wants them doing.
Thank you so much for these analyses! These really help me understand the goal of the producers better and to see which contestants are worth voting for. Happy Holidays and keep up the amazing work!
My Heart Breaks for AYA NATSUMI 😢😭i think they going used it again to Gehlee Danca to Further Push Elisia up. i hope not.
No hate to Elisia but if they decide to do that then am done with the show and don’t care about the debut group
Same both are in my top 8
They clearly want Sua to debut, its Crystal clear their intention
I dont get why they’re doing this, Sua is just meh
In my opinion, Suah performed so bad in this stage. She lacks facial expression, emotion in her voice, and she lacks the ability to understand the songs assigned to her. She should have been eliminated ages ago.
atm they have 2 - sua and kotoko.
Sua was eliminated
nepotism lmao
Amazing analysis! Agree with the almost of your critiques/opinions, I'll be watching the show closely to see if your predictions comes true because your analysis with their age, screen time, song arrangement, storylines makes sense, still, I'll be rooting for my favorite contestants while complaining on how the producers run the show 😂. Keep making analysis videos please, I love hearing actual methological thoughts in each episodes since your actually taking in the show rather than just watching it. Praises and congratulations in tweets and comments actually gets tiring to hear.
I def agree 12:11 with that, like Yeram can do so much more but they barely give her anything.
In my book of things I will always be salty about I will add how aya gets eliminated after those vocals, right after how jay didn't debut in bp
With this elimination, yes they are very clearly pushing for a young group and do not want most of the adults. From my original top 8, I have 3 girls left (Jeon Jinyeong, Bae Haram and Yona)
My current top is Jeon Jinyeong, Lee Sunwoo, Bae Haram, Yona, Kim Soobin, Narumi, Gehlee Dangca and Nana. At least average age is still over 18 I guess.....
No elisia?
"do not want ALL of the adults.", I've corrected for you.
yea the judges are either biased or producers are telling them what to say. it’s why even tho i understood what sejeong was saying to chaewon, i immediately clocked it as either they’re setting her up for an improvement storyline or they’re setting her up for a future elimination bc they don’t want her in the group.
I'm really happy you talked about Yona. She hardly got any attention even though she's a really good performer.
Elisia and Gehlee should debut and be part of PRISM.
always so excited for these vids from you. also i wished volcano wonnn 😭😭😭😭😭😭
Leader-Narumi
Main Dancer- Nana
Face of the group- Ghelee Danca
Elisia- Main Vocal
Kim Sujin
Kim Sumin
Nizi-Rapper
Kim Soobin
Thank you for doing these reviews!
We appreciate the hard work 😊
Glad you like them! Hopefully I can keep making them next year
You just summed up everything I felt about this show. I'm so close to dropping this show with how much they're pushing the minors and eliminating the talented older contestants
Sieun
Nana
Kotoko
Sewon
Gabi
Gehlee
Elisia
sua
They are sure going to debut.judge and SbB also choos for debut members so they let eliminate to other talent girls💔
Plot twist, Sua was eliminated in also feel like Gabi won’t make it into the debut group
Aya and Riel 😢
I am so mad Lee sun woo isn’t getting the actual attention she deserves
i love your objective, very clear videos! thank you for posting on xmas as well. always supporting you
It's pretty obvious who the producers want to be in the final lineup .............😕😕
I mean showing the story of only 1 girl as someone overcoming her problem while the other as someone lazy or not talented enough..while the rest of the members are non existent.......
I feel bad for those who got eliminated but literally are the only ones who carried major part of the song........
Having popularity is important..but if the producers could promote those with talent also... surely popularity will follow🥲🥲
I really agree with everything you've said💯💯
I honestly feel like Yewon and Aya should have stayed not eliminated...
THE SONG SHOULD BE THE SAME , SO WE CAN CLEARLY SEE WHO’S THE BEST AND WHO’S LACKING. 😭
This show is a joke! Aya Natsumi going instead of Sua is absolutely ridiculous.
minari and natsumi made the performance a PERFORMANCE i was so mad at the show. ALSO MY FAV UNIVERSE TICKET TRAINEE KIM SOOBIN DESERVED SOOO MUCH BETTER. SHE CARRIED BOTH THE SONGS SHE WAS IN (she had most lines in both and best lines in both) JUSTICE FOR KIM SOOBIN
Basically all the girls who got the center part is probably going to debut and they are the PD pick too lol
The PDs know how bad the optics are of having Kwon Chaewon (24) potentially ending up as a leader of a group with Lim Seowon (12) and moved fast to get rid of her, but im wondering if anyone above 17 will even be allowed to debut at this rate.
bro high ranking is FILLED with kids….kinda scary
I love how transparent and blunt you are in saying your opinion.❤❤❤ Love to see more.
Sieuns thousand yard stare and idgaf interviews are magnificent to me :p
Didn't notice the rush hour mix issue until you pointed it out
Wait, you're Icelandic? Damn, your accent when speaking English is so clean and natural. Like wow
Wink over Stable Voice 😭💀
Its more like they're trying to recreate Twice, not NewJeans. Remember, most of the producers are from JYP 🫣
We really have different perspectives. That's cool!
My list is still here:
Elisia
Gehlee
Seowon

Gyoryeon
Haram
Yeram
Same
My guess Top 8
1. Sewon

7. Sua
8.Gehlee
My actual Top8
1. Riel
2.Kwon Chaewon
3.Yewon
4.Vu lanh dan
5.Sieun
6.Sewon
7.Nana
8. Kotoko
my top 8 that’s never gonna happen:
gehlee
yona
narumi
nana
elisia
sumin
hyeonju
sunwoo
This top 8 is solid!
Riel deserve better than what universe ticket gave her😢💔
Lipsync never crossed my mind watching Rush Hour until I watch the line distribution video yesterday and realised that very low vocal from Nizi and went to watch her fancam. That's when I realised how heavy the backing track is.
Both yaerm and haram are amazing dancers but when it comes to vocals yeram is more stable
She’s more stable but haram has a better vocal in my opinion
and haram is the better dancer
@@gehleeedangcajellyboth are amazing dancers but haram has better stage presence*
well Haram is better dancer and that matters more since there is lot of Amazing vocalists in the show
I think they are both really talented but Haram grabs attention better and is more memorable than Yeram
Thank you so much for your reviews. I keep refreshing for them because I don't want to watch the poorly edited show and you make it fun.
i love seowon and i will defend her from the annoying sheeps who keeps on bullying her for having human emotions! but as much as she is super talented and debut-ready, she shouldn't debut in such a fast-paced and stressful industry where she won't be able to enjoy very crucial parts of her life (just a reminder that she's literally a middle schooler).
The analysis was crazy on point
12:45 oh god i thought i was the only one T - T she annoys me so much, she is very skilled but the attitude is not giving
The age , their setting up the cutesy/bubbly/elegant concept.
This will be a long rant, be warned:
I definitely agree with you regarding Aya Natsumi, I really enjoyed her parts in their performance and I was really confused when the judges didn't praise her vocals and stage presence at all.
Yeah, Haram deserves to debut but I guess the juries already have somethin on their mind and maybe they're after for a cutesy concept like twice.
Producer Faves: Ofc course they are talented alr but somehow they are pushed too much.
Kim Sujin
Bang Yunha
Sua
Gehlee
Seowon
Now that I think of it, it's good hyeonju debut. it would have been a cause of complain that the show was made only for minors from the very start.
Imagine singing a song so good that they have to raise the key.
because of your video, my top 8 really changed. forgot how some of them are damn so young. and i agree they really put the spotlight to the young ones highlighting as talented. and most of them are my original top 8 but now i am actually having thoughts about my choices lol.
WHAT DID AYA NATSUMI DO? HOW DID SHE GOT ELIMINATED...
Riel shouldve stayed not sua
As i watched it rn, you're spitting facts 😆 i dunno we have same opinions in the show and you actually pick the actual debutants at this point of episode.. I mean the half of it 😆
BRO I THOUGHT THEY WERE ALL SINGING LIVE-- STOP---
bro thats why they recorded in the studio lmao
The way u predicted half of the group at the end
Wishing all the best for the debuting team, I wish they could get good songs to match up with the list of popular groups now. From what I see, that's the problem of all survival shows except Mnet's Produce/Planet series.
Woah! Nice analysis.
22:12 your sarcastic valley girl accent here got me rollin' :D
and probably also because it's distinct from the usual tone you use
Elisia is a great voice
universe ticket bout to compete with nwjns in debuting young girls.
I’m sorry but why does the thumbnail remind me of the Sims 💀
Edit: I’m unsubscribing to K-Stats
7:47 I feel the same way towards Gehlee, I think what's missing from her, is her passion. She always perform these songs almost like it's a requirement, it honestly makes me believe that this isn't her dream in the first place. I just don't see that love and passion in becoming an idol, therefore the stage is always lacking. Maybe it's just me
Also, I came across Kstats' universe ticket video but never watched it, shocked that they were stealing from you.
I disagree.. gehlee is improving on dancing..
Gehlee's first love is to become Ms. Universe
I don't think so. She's lacking on the dancing part that's why she can't give that power because she's careful she won't mess up the choreo, given that she doesn't have a background in dancing. What I see in her is that she carried her exp in pageantry that's why her actions are soft. That's what I really like about her.
I think it's just because of Gehlee's sleepy eyes. She looks like she's about to sleep/cry sometimes, that's why it looks like she has no passion
Sujin might have to change he perspective on the competition, but the high note was crazy 🫡🫡
I want elisia not to advance when the voting ends and see the judges reactions
I feel like it would be better for Elisia to leave UT. Since she showed a lot of her skills in the show and has a history of being recruited by different agencies, she would have a lot of better opportunies when she leaves UT because then, a lot of companies would be fighting to sign a contract with her.
