If Jordan Poole wins it'd be something to prove or Nice at least. Poole would prove he can be the #1 option on a team with Tyus Jones (a once backup point guard for the grizz) and Kuzma (who was once expected to be an All Star by now) It would prove Golden State was wrong to trade him and that their aging system was holding him back, especially since he proved he can be their best second best scorer and can win a ring as a 6th man. They arguably gain a lot from another ring. Bron’s longevity argument for the goat over Jordan has more legs to stand on if the ring difference is 1 and not 2. Steph is definitively top 10, while right now he’s just in the argument.

I'm kind of in the middle of the crowd when it comes to Draymond: I more than understand his impact to the rings he got, but, I also think he's had character flaw moments that have costed his team plenty at the same time.
Winning heals all wounds, but let's not forget just how god awful he was in the 2022 Playoffs in general. Nah in the first 3 rounds he was definitely still Draymond in terms of playmaking and defense and even had a couple good offensive games. The Celtics was jaut a terrible matchup for him cuz of fheir length and athleticism so much of the usual dribble handoffs he ran with Steph didn’t work and he couldn’t hit a perimeter shot until game 6

Yeah it felt like they gradually changed what the list meant throughout the video. Like the premise is how much do they need a ring for individual legacy. But then, it slowly changed to does the team have championship or bust mentality which is a different concept. For example, they put kawhi in championship or bust but kawhi is a 2 time fmvp. No one thinks he has to win for his individual legacy, it's just the clippers team expectations. Meanwhile, Embiid winning a ring or not changes everything about his individual legacy.
They also started putting people with something to prove as a player overall in something to prove, but has nothing to do with rings. Like they put JJJ in there. Like no one cares or expects JJJ to win a ring. He does have to prove he plays well, but the video is about rings.

As a die-hard Sacramento Kings fan, if De'Aaron Fox and my Kings can actually make the second round of the playoffs, he has to be talked about more.
