Yes, that's a good question!
I haven't noticed any general patterns with CEOs, yet - but I´m sure there are patterns!
Usually, we work that out over a couple of 1-on-1 sessions and then we can together create an "explanatory model" for the individual and why they are / feel the way the are / feel.
