I must think on the phrase Robben Ford once spoke, sometimes you got some guys say: Let's do some Blues but often there ain't no feel or Soul, this guy puts in his total Soul with great tone and expression and that's what the Blues demands from us, either do it justice or leave it alone, this guy knows the BLUES, great playing Gino, greets Vic.

A good friend of mine and mentor in music, taught Gino everything he know's about music, your right he has a lot of soul in his playing. when he was a kid his mom would drive him around to all his Gigs and his older friends would sneak him in the clubs and bars. he's a sight to see. if you don't have his first recording i highly recommend it my friend plays all the Harmonica, except the last song. that's Micheal Fell. the CDis called Iv'e Been Thinkin' the CD has high energy and great intensity to it. my friend sings in the back ground. he's on Chocolate Jesus is one and what is really soulful is Bone in the Soup. i love, hopeless Sinner. my friend is on that song. iv'e seem him live and at a private party. he is really good and Entertaining. Robben Ford is really good as well. i hope Gino Matteo plays with him. that would be great!
