    Nice recipe but you can use the hands to rub in the oil in the flour before adding the hot water. That way the oil is uniformly incorporated and the roti puffs up and is also soft . 🙏🏻

    " Puran Puri " is de most delicious. . . Using pure ghee for hi-flavour along with some Raw palm Mollases in it is also called brown cane sugar ie called jaggery also. . . ❤ 🎉

    Its also known as dhaal - Puri, when made smaller in size & deep fried in hot ghee or Oil mixed 🎉 delicious with Aloo Dumm spiced soft potatoes❤

    This is called “ Puran puri” in Gujarati and the dhal is usually sweetened with raw cane sugar or refined sugar and is a sweet dish when entertaining people.

    To sweeten Rotis use some Jaggery & Pure ghee most luvely known as 'pulan puri ' when made smaller in size & deep fried. 🎉 ❤ 🎉

      Yes just enter and ask any worker for hing..you can google the picture and show them..but make sure to use very little..it can be used when cooking cabbage , tomato chutney , beans curry , dhall and a few other recipes

      Cos everything are grown with chemical fertiliser..
      Even if it's washed properly,but chemicals are stored in the growth..
      Fast to grow
      Fast to go..
      Otherwise it's not enough to feed the whole world..

    Show us dear the most Healthiest of All Rotis . . . De Millet Flour Rotis, from Raagi Flour, Jowar Flour, mix with ❤ Pearl Barley Flour ie Bajra Flour
    Thesr millets contain not only higher protein, Fibre,vbut also Vit. D. & iron & Hi- Calcuim,😮 phosphorus, magnesium😮 ❤ Manganese, etc. etc.😮 ❤ ❤ ❤
