That's impressive. How about to install few fts long vertical wire on the top of toroid? That should force the sparks to go mostly up in the air (and would be sight to see from distance).
@@MegavoltHomeschool Randall, My lightweight fabricated toroid is only 50" diam, definitely on the small side for my 12", let alone yours so think you have done the right thing. I too have a 60" ring toroid in partial construction but unfortunately not likely to see the light of day.....unlike yours!
