Tesla was a pure genius had wifi already figured out
The tech came from his past work, when he died, they stole all his work
Crooks, Lodge and Maxwell had it figured before Tesla. Wifi is not fundamentally different than radio and Tesla was pissed at Marconi for patenting it not because Marconi stole it from him but because the physics was already well understood and thus, in Tesla's mind, not eligible for a patent. He was a genius but he would object to anyone saying he invented a part of the electromagnetic spectrum

10:44 i love how they put a little mouse thing coming out of a door in the corner
Easter egg revealed 😂😂😂😂
This is the most straight forward and simple to understand demonstration of these principles I've ever seen. Good job
Wasn't expecting such a great video honestly, but who was that in the mouse door? (Around 10 mins)

He was a good scientist
@@coolthingsdude why sir?
I find it funny how now it becomes popular Nikola Tesla was decades ahead of his time
Same. Check out the Tesla tower in North Texas.
LOL. How old are you and how long have you been paying attention to anything? This very statement has been made and published for decades since he was alive... Welcome, glad you made it finally.
What's funny about it?
it's popular now because people are building them for fun and to create streamers.
Thank you I needed a simple explanation!! I especially like your signature with the little door and the dude giving the peace sign ! Stellar creative stamp !!!
Thanks a lot for such an awesome animation and clear and intuitive explanation !
Wow it's absolutely amazing how the visuals in this video finally starting to make sense to me! I'm very much interested in understanding elektricity but so far i"m having very hard time to understand any of it. This video makes total sense to me and for the first time in my life I'm finally starting to understand it. I'm absolutely thrilled and happy so I wanne give a big THANK YOU to the maker of this video. Wish they teached me this in the same way when I was in high school but their way of explaining is abracadabra to me. Please make more of these videos because I absolutely love it and it will help a lot of people to make sense how electricity works. Big thumbs up for me!!!!!!!!
....
Great material, Best explanation of a resonant circuit I've ever heard.
Ordinary people can understand these things because of the manner in which they are presented and explained. God bless you.
A simple and straightforward explanation that I actually understood ! The more I learn about Nikola Tesla, the more amazing his work becomes - he was an absolute genius !!
That's why they killed him and his work. Then they built a system where "they" could sell it and make millions.
El transformador Tesla es un milagro de la electricidad. Muchas gracias por la presentación.
Despite the robotic voice, this is one of the best videos on the fundamentals of a Tesla coil that I've seen on the web.
Best explanation...with a small details of all.. thanks
Great video except for one major design flaw.. this was not the intention of Nikola Tesla's design This was a neat trick that he could also impress people with.. this device was somehow designed to pick up free and content electricity from the atmosphere and translate it into alternating current.
not possible. never been done. nikola tesla was trying to do this and failed. "free energy" from the atmosphere isnt a thing.
ua-cam.com/video/15V0gUXUPko/v-deo.html
maybe he aligned his coil to the magnetic field of the earth? or he put magnets somewhere near the coil?
Finally some descent comments....
Yeah there's a lot of maybes, I think elevation also.. the higher you go the more electrical current you can pull from the atmosphere...
Explanation very nice .... Bravo.
Great explanation 👍🏻
with your video i was able to explain how a tesla coil works with my 8 year old son i had to pause to alaborate but it was very nice. well done.
After almost a century, we in the power electronics use the same exact setup only smaller for magnetron sputtering and plasma generators.
As a stone mason I have always been more impressed with what the foundation of the Great Pyramids look like. Perhaps the foundation acted as a resonant circuit, funneling subterranean river systems into the pyramid. Niagara Falls would be a perfect example of how Tesla figured how to harness the energy from the waterfall… the stones used to construct the pyramids have been said to have electromagnetic properties, and the casing stones acted as an insulator for the process.. Which leads to my idea for the true function of obelisks.. In theory if they were built with resonate stones they could potentially transmit wireless electricy to any structure built with similar materials. If anyone has a deeper understanding of properties of stones, which stones were specifically used along with references.. I would be grateful for any reply. Thank you
Yes, you are nearly there. Now consider why was Granite used? it's a crystaline structure and hit with the right frequency the stone will resonate !!
If the pyramids were built with granite they would most certainly have conductive/ magnatative / resonative properties. Are there many lightning storms in that part of Egypt?
@@christopherohotto there was the Nile river, which I’m sure they were more than capable of diverting throughout subterranean channels
@@christopherohotto There are lightning strikes yes, with granite and obelisks, granite is a crystaline material and will resonate at its own specific frequency. This will be in the order of sub audible frequency, certainly not an RF signal. Like stonehenge, when it was complete. By striking the 'master' stone it would resonate and by 'sympathetic resonance' adjacent stones would likely ring out there own frequency. For instance if you obtain two tuning forks and you tap one of them to start its resonations and hold it close to the second one, it too will begin to ring out, and this will be so even if the second fork is set to a resonant harmonic of the primary. Brian.
You have let your imagination run away with you. I suggest looking up the Dunning-Kruger effect.
This is truly excellent work!
Simple - direct - to the point.

Very well explained! Tnx!
At the beginning of the video you have the magnifying transmitter, this particular coil has a third magnetically uncoupled coil that builds charge & it is tuned for resonance with local environment.
My home made coil zapped me but the dang thing works! You might do a Video on the Wimshurst Device. That one is very interesting, informative, if not as dramatic. But you do get lighting out of the deal. The students in my courses love it because they get to crank it. It can't kill you, but it can make you have an unfun surprise if you touch the wrong parts.
Thank you 😊 I was looking such explaination on Tesla coil
Very well explained thank you and subbed hit the bell and👍
Even though everything about this video was artificial (video and animation), this was an amazing lesson. Thank you!
Amazing video. Thanks!❤️🇵🇬💯
Great video, the guy was a true genius.
Very good, well explained with excellent diagram animations.
Nice vid thank you man
Above all, what I believe to be the most of this take away is: To be able to zero in on a specific frequency and all the fundamental occurrences that take place within that specific frequency.
* Everything no matter the size or shape has a vibrational frequency in relation to our solar system and it is maneuverable.
Best video on tesla coil!
Sir Nikola Tesla was a great scientist and an engineer! ❤❤❤
This is soo useful.
the magnetic field loses power quickly because the field is not pulsing within any resonance with the environment around it, if you add a frequency controller and if you know the resonance frecuency of the menium youre trying to cunduct thru you can actually amplify the output much like how you can swing higher if you shift your weight at just the right time, done in the wrong timing and your swing stops.... tesla knew this well over 100 years ago and you totally missed it, also the tesla coil was never invented to make pretty sparks the topload was actually supposed to have as much surface area as nessessary to keep the high voltage from arcing as bolts as this is a power loss.
Need more info sir lol. Would this work with those adjustments? Wireless power?
@@michaelbrown428 you would need a device that can measure the environment electric fields frequency and set your coil to a resonance of that frequency.
@@drayko-okamidirewytch5542 And, does that device exists? I mean, that was Tesla's intention and, according to some, he achieved it. I just want to know if we have the means. Cuz if we do, then it's only greed that keeps us in the dark.
@@jacomeluis well yes greed is keeping alot of tesla's work away from public knowledge, but truth is yes we actually already have the means to continue his work however the knowledge to do so these days would be quite difficult to find.
To give a bit of an example we have the means to understand vibrational harmonies, take a piano for example, strike 2 random keys and you might hear a pleasant tune or you might hear one thays rather nasty, this is an example of harmonics. Because many systems even in our own bodies are sensitive to vibrational frequencies we can actually use our own senses to tell if a vibration has harmony or not. Put simply a good chord feels good because it resonates positively with the various parts of our body.
There's another example of being able to detect harmonic frequencies and that where you use a subwoofer a metal plate and sand, and as you transition thru a frequency range you can see the sands design change, while some frequencies look amazing others look chaotic. It could be a matter of applying this to other designs like maybe an array of electron guns thay use frequencies ranges to see how a medium reacts to the transitions and taking note of where the patterns in the interactions look more orderly than chaotic or some such.
The hard part is we have to stop being students of science and return to being explorer's of science and make the new discoveries ourselves.
@@drayko-okamidirewytch5542 Cool... Thanks for the explanation. 🖐🏻
This is the key to future tech
is it feasable to connect the receiving resonant circuit to a bridge rectifier so that the bulb can be continuasly lit?
Thanks for the info and insight. God bless you..
So good!!
I am so going to try making this, thank you,
Thanks a lot man. I don't know what to say more than this. Because I am speechless
Good luck 😊 good go go
Hello! Awesome video! Can I use parts of this animation to make a video?
A question that keeps bothering me:
So when resonance is important, is it good to transform the input voltage up (to drive a spark gap) or would it be better to transform it down and electronically drive a higher current to the coil's resonant frequency?
resonance is just to achieve pendulum effect

Love the video and knowledge, but I just saw a little man, pop its head out of a door in the left hand side of video, at 10:45ish... to funny, had me tripping for a sec... had to rewatch video, to make sure I wasn't tripping at 3am.. lol Super Awesome video
Please explain especially that it won't be used for high energy transmition due to the quadratic falloff per distance... AND that you don't want to stay between those two T-Coils while high energy ist transmitted.
Wow amazing.with this idea is ot possible to collect lightning current and store for future use?
Fun video. As I understand it there is a mistake at minute 4:14. When the capacitor is discharged the coil has the maximum magnetic field strength (correct). The magnetic field will decrease and induce a current in the same direction resulting in the capacitor being charged oppositely to the initial charge. (seems to be incorrect as you say in the movie the current is reversed)
Por gentileza, onde vai ligada a segunda ponta da bobina secundária?

Nikola Tesla man. Not many inventors who can top him, that's for sure. He made a TON of progress in the time he had. I so badly wish we were allowed to read all Tesla's scientific documents. We would likely be much farther ahead I think. I dont think hed want anything he discovered to be hidden away from people.
Many of his claims were based on old ideas and don't work.
@@tonywells6990 somehow I doubt that. I think we just weren't as capable of harnessing it back then.
@@bringer-of-change Take his idea of getting free energy from the Earth. Completely debunked. He was a great inventor but as a scientist he was pretty abysmal.
@@bringer-of-change You can't on one hand say Tesla is a great scientist, and on the other know that he didn't even think electrons were real! Really? He works with electromagnetism and thought electrons, and even atoms, don't exist! He was still stuck in the 19th century.
@@tonywells6990 can u give respectfully evidence of your argument

At 4.10 mark it shows the capacitor discharging into the inductor but the magnetic feild is reducing and not building up. I think this is incorrect! Please explain!
Sir can use a motor to generate AC current for the transformer?? Please reply
I've made several TC's. Right now I'm working on a spark gap model with a synchronous rotary gap. I fortunately have a .025 mf 50kv capacitor. Hard to find!
is there a way to use and store in a battery somehow? i could never understand sadly

A very smart man.
Indeed. Check out the new Tesla tower they've built in north Texas.
How is it if AC is applied to both ends of a wire it will trip the circuit breaker or heat to such an extreme it will cause a fire and burn a connecting wire apart but it doesnt seem to do this in a coil. Why?
So do you really need the toroid for transmitting the wireless power?
I believe there is a technical mistake at the end. The toroidal open capacitor does not emit transverse waves (like the radio example would pick up). But electric scalar (longitudinal) waves. And that’s why energy (like the one that lights a bulb or moves an engine) can be transmitted wirelessly.
That confused me; i wanted to know if we can transmit electric energy, not radio.... You say that we actually can transmit electricity like radio waves?
@@jacomeluis ua-cam.com/video/tJKzfKwKSDM/v-deo.html
Yes. But mainstream rejects it’s mathematical basis (vector potentials nullified in Maxwell equations). Look up Konstantine Meyl and his unified field theory “objectivity”. He gives Tesla theoretical base.
@@jacomeluis master ivo’s channel also deals with longitudinal waves. He charges a capacitor through a wire in a distilled water bottle from a plate outside the plastic bottle. Radiant energy in the firm of unipolar sharp electric impulses. “Pressure waves in the ether”. Also rejected by mainstream.
@@juanmf thanks! I just started following him... 🤟🏻

Well done
great Video!!!! excellent :D
Can we use transistor instead of that little spark thingy
Potential endless energy source basically anywhere in this universe:
a. Small aluminum cones with an electrical wire running through the center of the cones, cones spaced apart (not touching I'm thinking) but end to end.
b. Electromagentic radiation energy in the atmosphere interacts with the aluminum cones.
c. Jostled atoms and molecules in the cone eventually have some electrons try to get away from other electrons of which those electrons gather at the larger end of the cone, of which also creates an area of positive charge at the smaller end of the cone.
d. The electron's in the wire are attracted to the positive end of the cone and the positive 'end' in the wire are attracted to the negatively charged end of the cone.
e. Basically a 'battery' has been created inside the electrical wire itself, different areas of electrical potential. Basically a 'wire battery' or a 'batteryless battery', however one wanted to call it.
f. Numerous cones placed end to end increases the number of 'batteries' in the wire.
(In series to increase voltage, in parallel to increase amperage).
* Via QED (Quantum Electro Dynamics) whereby electromagnetism interacts with electrons in atoms and molecules, one would have to find the correct 'em' frequency for the correct material being utilized for the cones. The shape of the cones could also come into play. The type and size of the wire as well as the type and thickness of the insulation between the cones and the wire would also be factors.
* Of course also, possibly 2D triangles made up of certain materials with a conductor going down through the center of the triangle could possible achieve the same 'batteryless' battery system.
* Plus possibly with the 2D concept, layered 2D's that absorb different energy frequencies, thereby increasing the net output.
9:35 yes, that is exactly what the Philadelphia experiment was all about. Tesla applied over 50kV to a navy ship which made it time travel. It was a horrible experiment where many mariners died. Look it up for more details.
Great video 👍🏼

Ever since command and conquer red alert, I have loved tesla coils
Tesla coil has make an a ion propulsion using a oil based transformer that used that is used concept to fly in his book about the space ship that drawn to his lost blue book
ahhh...the video which ignited my dreams
At 7:40 he says that the capacitor gets charges without having any other possible way, I don’t understand because isn’t the capacitor getting charged from the ballast it’s wired up to? I should think so
